Ordered online, got my food and 3 brownie desserts… only got 2 brownies and one of which was EXPIRED by 2 days.

Tonight ordered a 10pc Louisiana rub meal and received lemon pepper. This is not the first time I have had problems with this particular restaurant. In the past they have forgotten my side items on multiple occasions whether I’ve ordered in store, through the website, or DoorDash. 7/10 times there is something wrong with my order that is a simple reading error. I enjoy the food but the service at this location needs improvement

First time trying Wingstop about 2 days ago and got food poisoning from this place and I still have it. Thanks a lot for getting me sick.

Delicious! Seasoned very well and the best wing option if you want to grab something in town. I order online because you can pick it up at quicker. Never order inside! They get a lot of orders and online is the best bec u know when to pick up. The corn is soooo good, wings traditional and boneless are cooked very well

Chicken fingers are excellent. Wings and chicken fingers are cooked crispy. Very delicious. They give you a good amount of fries. I would suggest ordering online before coming I hardly ever wait

God awful wait times. Arrived later than my estimated pick up time because I knew it would take long, but wasn't expecting 40 minutes for some fries and corn.

I placed an order and the get around was 30 minutes. When I got there, my order was not done on a timely manner. I was in there for an entire hour after the time my food was supposed to be done. Once I asked the lady up front how long until my food was ready, she told me 8 minutes and the reason why there was so much delay was because all of the workers in the back were too busy trying to watch whatever game was on through their window. This place is terrible with their service and reliability in regard to timely manner. I do not recommend anyone going to this location.

We placed our order at 7:40. At 8:15 they told us someone else grabbed our order and they were remaking it. It’s impossible to hear anyone call out names because the kitchen is blaring music and the tv’s are on really loud with football games. They remade it with the wrong flavors of wings, no seasoning on the one that’s right, and missing two orders of corn. The folks behind the counter are being rude like I’m inconveniencing them for asking for the food that’s on my receipt. Finally get the corn at 8:40 and it has so much seasoning you can’t eat it. I blew on it and it was a puff of seasoning. Kid through the window was watching me with a smirk. We pass a WingStop under a different franchise to get to this one and I will no longer be doing that - I can give Hiram my money if I want this, they’re closer anyway.

Adding: the manager was really nice once we finally got to her, and remade our corn herself. She said it’s her first time in evening shift.

I love this place! I've always had my doubts about wingstop compared to BWWs but its a good place with good food. Though, I with the original hot was actually spicy.

Edit here: Can you all trim and cut you wings properly because I picked up one and tried to bite down and I was so sharp. Like it cut my inner gum line pretty deep. It was a flat.

O how I wish I could give ZERO stars! This wasn't today but it took me awhile to get over the trauma. I literally stood in there for over 20 minutes. Waiting on a carryout order, when they handed it to me they said here you go, no apology for the wait, no apology for anything. The food was average at best, after that long wait. This staff appears that they could not care whether you live die or incinerate in front of them. Don't count on me coming back

I have YET to receive a bad meal from this Wingstop! The manager is very sweet and the employees I’ve met thus far have been professional and very kind.

I've tried this location multiple times to see if the previous was just an off day, but every time I go, the food tastes as if it's been cooked in old grease. The wings are never sauced good. It's just been a complete disappointment every time. I tried a chicken sandwich and it was fried to hard and tasted like it was cooked in old grease. Not going back, too many disappointments.
