Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This location has gotten steadily worse over the years. I avoid it for a while and then try to give it another chance only to discover the food is worse than the previous time I visited. It’s like they aren’t even trying to make the food right. I just stopped and got a Kickin Chickin meal, the fries are old and burnt, the sandwich is dry with a mysterious sauce on it that’s not the usual sauce. I couldn’t bring myself to eat the meal, I threw it all away and just drank my lemonade.

it took just about 20 min for my order to finally come out. as i’m waiting im seeing that a group of people who came in after me, ended up receiving their food first. the employees were constantly going back and forth and were like meeting up talking and laughing. where’s my food??😂😂

Went to order and the inside staff have no clue on what to do. The line had several customers waiting to order along with a few waiting for their food. This use to be a good place but now has went to a trashy place. Zaxby’s wake up or close down villa rica doesn’t need another dump of a restaurant.

Absolutely disgusted with Zaxby’s – do better!

I will NEVER support Zaxby’s again due to the poor treatment of my brother! The Carrollton location was withholding money my brother earned. They would write checks for less than what employees earned, and it was only after being called out that they were forced to write additional checks. My brother ended up with three separate checks after quitting just to get paid what he was owed. Ridiculous.

Then, when he followed up about a late check from the Villa Rica location, he was fired by their management just for asking where it was. His check was late by days, as anyone, he expected to be paid on payday – not fired when he asked about it.

It is very clear that Zaxby’s doesn’t care for their employees. If your stores are withholding money from employees, writing late paychecks, and firing them for voicing their concerns, I have completely lost my support.

I will not spend another penny at Zaxby’s and I hope others consider if they wish to support a company who treats their workers with contempt.

Shame on you.

I ordered the four fingers dinner via DoorDash. DoorDash did a wonderful job. I received my meal within 10 minutes at the Holiday Inn express.
The meal left a lot to be desired though. Apparently they have little chickens here with little fingers. These chicken fingers were the smallest I’ve ever seen. They’re about 1/3 the size of the chicken pieces that you get at raising Cane‘s chicken. They neglected to put a spoon or fork in with my order to use to eat the coleslaw. I managed to use the fries to dip the coleslaw. Not so bad. I guess the toast that they included in the order was buttered with something horrible. It was either bad butter or margarine or whatever it was was rancid tasty you could not even chew mouthful of it, I had to spit it out.
Overall, DoorDash did great, Zaxby’s did horrible. I don’t believe I’ll be ordering anything from them anytime soon, or more likely not ever.

Honestly I came here tonight because I was excited from last week when I went to Douglasville location with my family and for the family pack. However, the experience I had here in this VillaRica location was bad the oil seems to have not been changed as far as the food and the chicken is literally lathered in scorched grease to where I felt my stomach hurl. Everything pretty much taste burnt they packed everything in one bag smh. Just plain out LAZY! Honestly, it was very unprofessional the way everything was packed and I was not satisfied with the food. it was more scorched tasting. Now the douglasville location wow they provided a very organized box. Everything was fresh and warm. The food was really fantastic. GO TO DOUGLASVILLE FOR ZAXBYS!

My wings were over cooked or just old. Everything else was great..

When did Zaxby's wings get so small. I just left here and ordered a 10 piece wing and grabbed the bag and noticed that the bag was extremely lite. I when to open and the wings were worse that some of these mom/pop restaurants. I then proceed to grab one and the wings were hard and cold like that have been sitting up for a while. I don't think I will be visiting the Zaxbys in Villa Rica anytime soon.

It’s like they refuse to fix the issue. It’s been MONTHS where you can only pay cash at the drive-thru. What’s the deal? 2 stars because they’re nice employees, but food portions, and the inconvenience that they refuse to fix is crazy. I was told it’s something that corporate has to fix.

Recommendation, turn the heat on in the dining room when it’s 40° outside not the air conditioner. Food was delicious.

Do no order curbside or you will literally sit outside until you decide to go in. Checked in both through the app and through the confirmation email and when I go inside to see my food just sitting on the counter, the response was basically they don't pay attention to the ipad that alerts them. Thanks for remaking the food but for those of us with a lunch time, you royally screwed both me and my coworkers. Absolutely no reason to order ahead if they will have to remake it when I get there because of incompetence.

Quick stop for lunch on the way home in the drive-thru. I was especially happy to get the new egg rolls. The minis were a little messy with sauce everywhere, but did taste good.

We order food online to pick up here…when we arrived an employee said they gave my food to a door dasher and refused to remake it. Very Unprofessional & Poor Customer service
