employee sold me uncooked bread, drenched the sub in marinara, completely inedible and his attitude sucked and was far more concerned about talking to his friend than taking my order and giving a good experience to customers. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE, GO TO WALMART OR CANTON LOCATION!!

This was the second time I’ve been to this location and never again! First trip they only had BROWN lettuce to put on their sandwiches! Second trip I bought two sandwiches and brought them home only to find the bread on both sandwiches was rock hard! Not very friendly service both times. I’m so done with this location.

I just walked in and ordered a Turkey Bacon Avocado Wrap. When it came time to add toppings, I asked for lettuce, pickle and onion with the Peppercorn Ranch. I took this wrap to go. I paid over $14 for this only to discover there was no avocado on it. So basically I overpaid for a turkey wrap. Next time I’ll be more observant when they prepare my food.

Well Subway strikes again with awful customer service. Contacting corporate. Do not waste your money. The vegetables were frozen I got tomatoes and black olives. Then he would not let me get the 6.99 meal deal. Unless internet ordered. Well lost a customer and I’ll make sure the friends in lake arrowhead and college find a better place.
