What a Joke. Two other Customers and the employees ignore you.
Got my order ..did not get my drink. A Coffee..... Watched four customers who ordered after us...get their Coffee.....I'm still waiting...4 min at the counter later still no one acknowledged us.....three employees walked by
Totally ignored
Left the Coffee...you can have it...I won't be back

Always struggle to not get frustrated with this place. Seems like it is always the same issues with less than mediocre service, wait time being longer than seems should be , food quality not great and consistently having things not available..

Extremely slow.... I've only been here twice and both times they told me to pull forward and I waited almost 30 mins both times!
Today the manager comes to the window to hand me my food holding her phone in one hand to her ear talking to what sounded like a child... I mean really??? Asked for no ice... Got ice... Asked for no mustard... Got mustard... Didn't get straws... Just ridiculous!

its a pretty bad McDonald's don't know how they got a good health review of A+ but oh well its almost the worst McDonald's I've been to sometimes the food and drinks can be other times its just disgusting and made incorrectly the service is always slow so dont ever expect a rush its almost better to go to Zaxby's and spend a little more but there slow to on a good day half the time something isn't working at this McDonald's and honestly I'd avoid eating inside cause ive seen flys and roaches. ive been to this location plenty as theres not much to eat in Washington

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Food is never right or taste decent (a Big Mac came with only 1 patty and a pound of lettuce. Their ice machine has been broken for what seems like 2 weeks. Every time you order, you’re always missing items! I spent $10 on nuggets I didn’t even get. This place should shut down.

Love the fast and friendly service. The food was on point and the manager and employees were so friendly!! I was glad I stopped by 😊

We stood in line for approximately 10 minutes, and made eye contact with the manager who never acknowledged or greeted us; other than one older gentleman (with a messed up order) there was no one else in the restaurant: I am, now, certain as to why.

I just had a truly terrible experience here. I ordered a mocha, but the staff was incredibly rude and told me the machine was broken. Fine, I was willing to wait for a replacement, but then it got even worse.
I was left waiting for an outrageous 35 minutes while I watched more than 10 people who came in after me get their orders served first. After all that, I was given a simple black coffee. The lack of respect for my time and the awful attitude of the staff is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It absolutely never fails that every time I get food here. If I don't open it up and look at it before I walk out of the restaurant or pull off in my car, it's wrong. The staff will leave you standing there for 40 minutes. Waiting on your order without any explanation or apology. If they don't have something and you've paid for it, they don't even try to offer you a refund on something they don't have. It sucks that it's this McDonald's that is so close to home because I would rather eat anywhere else. Unfortunately, we live in that area where there is nothing else.

i will do TWO Part review because i was here over shift change.
This is Part 1—-
The staff that left at 4 was Fabulous!!!
The food was really good and cooked just the way i requested.
The lobby was clean .
Part 2—-
See attached photo of the short girl in blue shirt - She was Rude and Argued with me and was generally disagreeable!! she refused to give me her name.
The staff that came on at 4 was generally Inattentive! The manager did step in and fix my problem happily.

🔥 It’s Hotter Than the Chattahoochee in Here 🔥
Walked into the lobby and thought I’d accidentally stepped into a sauna. Zero customer service up front—just a kiosk doing its best impersonation of a human. No greeting, no updates, no eye contact—just a screen and vibes.
Meanwhile, a guy mopped the empty lobby not once, not twice, but THREE times while we waited. Not sure if that was dedication or boredom, but hey—the floor was spotless.
Now, let’s talk about the real MVPs: the kitchen crew. These heroes were cranking out fresh, hot food in what felt like a blast furnace. No A/C back there and still delivering quality—absolute champions. The food? Hot, fresh, and probably the only thing sweating more than I was.
5 stars for the food and mad respect to the kitchen staff. Everything else? Needs work—especially the air conditioning and some actual customer service. Y’all owe those cooks a raise and a fan.
