Absolutely love this McDonald's they're always so nice and this time they forgot some of my nuggets in the bag which is good because I should have checked it but I absolutely love this McDonald's they have the best staff very friendly very professional.

I do not like the self order boards. I know this helps keep prices low but it also allows the staff to ignore you and avoid waiting on you when you choose not to self order.

I ordered from the mix and match menu at the drive-through. When I arrived at the payment window, I was charged a different price than that listed on the menu. When I asked about the price, I was told they no longer participated in that promotion. It seemed shady so I canceled the order. How do you charge a different price than the price listed on the menu?

The only thing decent about this place is the atmosphere. And that only gets 4 stars because the service is bad. My daughter went in just the other day and ordered a chicken sandwich. She took one bite, and it was hard to bite. She checked her sandwich to find that it was practically raw! The store simply remade it for her. Horrible service!!

This McDonald's is halfway between Athens and Augusta so I stop here a good bit when going to see my son at UGA. Not a bad store, but often the staff isn't friendly, and definitely not speedy. But the restrooms are clean and the food is pretty consistent and decent. I will be back but the staff could use some refresher in customer service, and management could get the food out quicker.

Used the app to get food. The app processed my order twice. I asked for a refund on the duplicate order at the window, they told me to use the app to issue a refund. Reached out to support and was told to go to the store location to get the refund. Getting robbed by a billion dollar company.

It's McDonalds, I know, but when the young lady at the window turns her back to you, and jumps on her phone, it's a reflection of today's worker. Management needs to clean house!
