Used the app to get food. The app processed my order twice. I asked for a refund on the duplicate order at the window, they told me to use the app to issue a refund. Reached out to support and was told to go to the store location to get the refund. Getting robbed by a billion dollar company.

Absolute worst McDonald's service, ever! I wanted to order food in the drive through, the sign says any lane, any time. I waited in the outside lane for 15 minutes while 4 other vehicles went through the other lane and finally decided I'd pull around the building and get in the other lane. About the time that I started to leave someone came across the microphone asking some question I could not understand. After they repeated it twice I finally decided to give up and then they say I can go ahead with my order. I left, didn't order any food, I'll take my business somewhere else that actually trains their employees how to handle a drive through.

Drive thru service. Pull ahead and wait for them to bring you your food, 20 minutes later, they bring you half your order, so now you have to park and go inside. Drive thru for fast food becomes parking to go inside and an hour later you might have all the food you ordered. No different than any other fast food chain these days.

Ok, yes, it's McDonald's. But - I have visited this particular one several times over the years and I can say that it is consistently THE BEST McDonald's I've ever found. It's not a big, fancy one. But the employees are attentive, the orders are correct, and the food is hot.
We dined in but it didn't make the food taste any better! The fries were the only thing with taste and that was the salt's doing. The drink was really full of syrup? The cost was ridiculous for what we got and the size of everything was more suited for midgets??? It's been about two years since I've been to a Mickey D's. Never again!!!
