I ordered a foot long flatbread and the employee made it into a wrap. I asked why, he said that’s how they do it. I didn’t feel like being combative today and the employee didn’t seem to understand why the sandwich would be folded as a sandwich instead of a wrap and how turning it into a wrap negates it being a foot long. So instead of a foot long flatbread sandwich I got a 6” wrap with the flatbread bread that has half the toppings of a foot long and was charged full price. Not going to put this on them but the oven was also down. Training is clearly lacking and corporate would be disappointed with this franchise.
The first and only time I stopped here for a sub after a long day of driving and hungry, April 22,2025 I was informed by the courteous lady behind the counter that they were completely out of buns, except for one 6” bun. I wanted a foot long. I laughed and walked out. Pro Tip …. Subway: IF YOU WANT TO SELL SANDWICHES, DON’T RUN OUT OF BREAD!
This place is top two on my do not got to list the manager lady attitude sucks bad an I mean very bad with all that being said, it trickles down to the rest of the crew members they are very unprofessional. It’s like you’re an inconvenience to them by even stopping at the store. I would definitely go to Ingles across the street before I ever make a trip back into that store again somebody definitely should be fired for the way that they treat their customers. Subway should definitely be ashamed of this. I don’t understand how you don’t get the regular amount of meat on your sandwich to save the money. I’ve never heard of such nonsense in my life clearly if I’m buying the product how could it take you out of your budget so so you give me less and charge me more somethings clearly not adding up
Complete waste of time. These people do not want business. Having to actually do something is a huge inconvenience for them.

Didn't make my online order because they were "out of food" and she told me to cancel. You have to call the store to cancel and nobody answers the phone. Bad service no food and I'm out 20.00 til I call again.

Everything I ordered was perfect. Patience was lady that waited on me and she was phenomenal. She greeted me with a smile, took my order with a smile, and checked me out with a smile. This lady was such a kind soul and it was a pleasant experience thanks to her kindness! Keep up good work Patience!!

Employees need to be trained properly so that they can fix subs correctly. Was overcharged!! Couldn't be mad at the employee bc she was doing the best she could in the store by herself!! Subway service has gone down tremendously 😡
Bread not toasted enough on top, toasted too much on the bottom. Tomato's mushy and cookies are not all that good either.

Ordered Italian herbs and cheese roast beef via app and only received Italian on both subs. Bread was chewy at best. Not soft nor well toasted on toasted sub. Wish I had nice things to say. This is the 3rd time if ordered subs and not gotten a product edible. I just want a decent sandwich for the price. Thanks.
I have never felt so uncomfortable to order food at a Subway. We were away from home, in a semi, and hadn’t ate for hours so this was our best option. Visit started with no warm welcome and neither employee were wearing name tags so I couldn’t address them properly. They were professional in one sense, but it seemed we inconvenienced them by stopping in. The woman was very short with me, but not my husband and I felt like I was being spoke to as if I was unintelligent. They were out of steak and I also asked for light lettuce and got a whole hand full, but because of how I was being spoken to, I just let it be. I was trying to be friendly, but it was just everything I said, the woman seemed snappy and irritated with me.
As we finished I tried to enter my phone number for my rewards and the gentleman told me not to use it or it would shut the system down, but he would enter it…..The outcome was he did not enter it and then acted upset when I mentioned it again because I knew I had rewards, so I ended up saying nevermind. We don’t come this way often so no past experiences to go off of, but I will not be patronizing this establishment again if we do. I understand people may be tired and have other things going on in their life, but if you are working a job that has customer service involved, you should always bring your best in my opinion.

Restaurantji Recommends
In this restaurant, they often refuse to allow the use of coupons and frequently only offer water or bottled drinks. The last time, both happened, and in addition, the staff member didn't put down their phone and openly expressed their displeasure that my husband entered the restaurant 10 minutes before closing. Instead of improving service in a small town, this place is getting worse, dirtier, and ruder.
I won’t go there anymore. They don’t respect their customers.

The young lady behind the counter was very respectful and tried everything she could to make up for the food she did not have.

Always miss something in order, some items appear old/rotten (moldy cheese, slimy meat, rotten lettuce), staff is exceptionally rude (eyerolls when asking for missing food, talking poorly about customers in front of customers, even going as far as to hang up when call to speak to the manager), owner and manager do not compensate for poor service, missing items, or bad food. Greatly disappointed in how bad this place has gotten over the last couple of years, we used to be regulars with a big family (i.e. large orders=$$$) but rarely attempt it any more.

Walked in and only 2 people sharing a table were there. No one to wait on us. I said hello a few times with no response. Finally a lady emerged but never acknowledged our presence. She Proceeded to fill an order. Maybe a call in order? No acknowledgment of us at all. We decided to leave and go somewhere else. Still no acknowledgement at all.
