Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Salad was frozen (literally had ice chips in it and the cucumbers were covered in ice crystals). Genuinely disgusting. I usually have a great experience at Zaxbys, just not this location.

The manager there was horrible to her staff. They were all visibly terrified. The customers could hear everything. She was not friendly to the customers at all. We went around 11 a.m. She needs to be fired. It made for a horrible dine in experience. We all wondered how she got hired. The service by the workers was good; the 1 rating for service and atmosphere are due to the manager on duty. If she hates working there, she should quit and stop taking it out on the workers. We should never have heard all of this she was hollering out for all to hear. Never again.

I felt really disrespected at this establishment and had to wait over 40 minutes for my food. The order was wrong and they weren’t busy.

Me and my daughter stopped in and grabbed a couple Zax Snacks for the road tonight. By far the best Zaxbys I have had in a very long time. This was the Zaxbys I remember. Great food and quick service!

I ordered a Zensation Salad. I asked for and was charged for an Extra Egg Roll. I also requested that the extra Egg Roll and the one that comes with the Salad be put in a separate container ( I don’t like Soggy Egg Rolls). I did not get the Extra Egg Roll and the one that came with the Salad was left on the Salad and it was Stone Cold. I got the Zensation Salad last week also and the whole Salad was Mushy and sitting in water. I won’t come back anytime soon.

Employees are extremely rude. Her job would probably be easier if she did it right!! (Starting with taking names for orders so people got their food)

Can't even read an order correctly. Get home with what I thought was a kicken chicken sandwich and I have 3 tenders and a piece of bread.

I love Zaxby's as much as anyone, but this might not be the best location to eat at. I go to Zaxby's a lot, and unfortunately, this is the nearest location to my home. I have been to this location many times and the food, cleanliness and employees are consistently bad. Save yourself some heartache and discontent; go to another Zaxby's.

Customer service sucked. Rude girl taking my order when I said I couldn’t hear her because she was talking low. Got my order wrong. I asked for a grilled house salad n they gave me fried also told me to go ahead with my order but then turned around n told me to hold on.
