Burger King as a chain should just close. This once proud chain has lost it way. I can also say the same for Dairy Queen and Hardee's as well. The taste and quality of the food has drastically changed over the years from these food chain. Chargrill from these food chain, is a concept of the past.

We went into this location and apparently they were closed? They didn't have any signs up, and the doors were open. When the young lady told us she was nasty about it, and seemed like she wanted to fight. There should be a sign or something to let us know. But instead she wanted to argue about being closed. Awful service.

Hands down the worst restaurant I've ever had the displeasure to visit. From horrible street access, to employees literally hiding inside to avoid taking orders at the drive-thru, or telling customers that they could not take orders for 15-20 minutes, as it was shift change, and they had to count the registers (5pm). I've never heard anyone talk about a good experience here. I've no idea how they are still doing business. Horrible.

The restaurant was pretty much out of everything the kids and I wanted to eat. The dining room was dirty considering we were the only ones there. However the customer service was great and the food we were able to get was very delicious.

Absolutely horrible... drive thru at 4:30pm on Saturday, only car in line, gave us drinks then said pull up and wait. Waited 10 minutes, fries were cold, I had THE WORST fish sandwich ever. Rock hard bread made it basically inedible. Very disappointed - go elsewhere, anywhere, than this burger king. ?

I don't even like giving it 1 star had the worst experience today first the dining room is rarely open. I had to go to the drive thru Being it was Wednesday I ordered a 3dollar whopper they told me they dont have that promotion I said I had gotten it there many times they told me I didn't get it there I said yes I had gotten it there many times before they argued with me and then just turned the voice off as I drove past the window they yelled f...you out the window needless to say I wont go back I was excited when they opened this in watkinsville not so much anymore

Went inside first mistake, no ice in the ice machine, got ice from drive thru window, maybe two small tablespoons in large cup. Was not sure if anybody was working there. Older black female left said her foot was “Killing” her and she was leaving. Female employee in dining area sitting there with headphones, while two other employees were having a conversation NOT acknowledging any customers which was 3 and drive thru was backed up with cars(several). When we got our food there were NO napkins in the dining room area no salt,pepper, ketchup packets available in the dining room and it took 20 minutes to get just the NAPKINS!!!! The tables in the dining room had grease on them. NASTY! THIS WAS THE RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ALONG WITH THE BURGER KING ON BARNETT SHOALS RD ATHENS GA. The BK IN WATKINSVILLE STARTED LOCKING THE DOORS BEFORE WE WERE DONE EATING, customers were trying to get IN WE HAD TO HAVE THEM UNLOCK THE DOOR SO WE COULD GET OUT! They said they closing the dining room, because there was her sister working. The BK sign said WELCOME BACK DINING ROOM OPEN??????? Their score for the last inspection was 87B. It should be 10F. I suggest that who ever owns these Burger Kings CLOSE THEM UNTIL THEY CAN RUN THESE THE WAY A FAST FOOD MUST BE OPERATED TO SERVE THE COMMUNITIES!

Extremely slow! I'm talking 30mins for 1 whopper meal to go! They need to close this location until they can get employees to actually work! I saw the only 2 employees out back talking doing nothing else the entire time I was waiting for my meal. No employee was in the store for 30 minutes! You could literally rob the place and leave and they wouldn't know!

Came in on a game day and there was no one on the lobby. We were served quickly and the food seemed fresh and was good. Employees were friendly and dining room was clean. Will come again!

Sat in line for over 10 minutes, got to the order box, was asked to wait even longer. Asked if I could go ahead and order, was asked to wait again. Decided to leave and when driving by the drive thru window, saw 1 female leaned with her back up against the window while another employee looked to be having a conversation with her. 5 cars in line with excessive wait lines. Amazing the 1 man who ran the restaurant by himself for months was capable of running effective and efficient, but having new people with additional help and no sense of customer appreciation or sense of urgency. Close this location down. Waste of everyone's time.

My family and I didn’t have the best experience with this Burger King at first. But we giving it another shot and the last few times everything has been wonderful I noticed that when the Manager Shan and the other young lady Kandra is present everything has been A1 keep up the great work ladies. This place has come a long way from when it first opened in my opinion!

I don't know what was worse, waiting in line for 20 mins or the "Royal" chicken sandwich I ordered that tasted literally like charcoal. The fries and sweet tea were on point but that sandwich.? I have tried this location multiple times (all bad encounters) and I believe that will be the last.
