Not sure what’s wrong with the lady in the drive through line but she about threw our food into the car. Snatched my card out of my hand and just tried to get us out of the line as fast as possible.

Horrible service they the drive thru with someone named Faith? Then get to the window and the tall blonde was just as rude. Called the location and asked to speak to a manager and same girl I dealt with in the drive thru answered and tried to fake being a manager. No manager would answer the phone that way. Really need to rethink your employees at this location.

Visited this location today at 10:15 AM - 15 minutes after opening and they had not opened yet. Visited again after grocery shopping and they still had not opened almost 30 minutes after their posted hours.

I placed an order for pickup and drove over 15 minutes to pick it up. Upon arrival they notified me that they didn’t have anything that I ordered. They were extremely rude and would not issue me a refund when I asked for it. All they did was shrug their shoulders. I’ll never return to this restaurant ever again and they shouldn’t be allowed to operate do to them having a 80 as a score that’s disgusting and nun of the employees wore gloves.
If you’re like me and treating your pups to a pup cup after visiting the Veterans park- I guess have them order when you use the drive-thru, or better yet bring them inside lol. Just stopped for a treat for me and two pup cups and was told that next time they need to be in the car with an attitude. Despite the pups both being in the back and fed in the parking lot. Kinda unnecessary… sorry.

When I first walked in to pick up my order, all I saw were different staff members eating...one at the counter, one at the drive-thru window and one at the drink machines. That's fine. People have to eat. What I thought was absolutely nasty was the one worker behind the counter licking his fingers after eating, then he proceeds to grab my food and put it in bags. And he absolutely touched the food. The guys in back had gloves, but this man did not. I literally threw the fries away because he touched them after licking his fingers. I didn't say anything because he may not have realized it, and I didn't want to embarrass him, but that was disgusting. I won't be going back until they have better hygiene behind the counters.

Everyone has bad days but you shouldn’t take it out on your customers. The young lady who took my order at the drive thru was very short and rude. The woman who took my money and gave me my food was polite. The food was good.
