I phoned in my order, it was prepared and ready in 15 minutes. I ordered two Bbq sandwiches, plain. The sandwiches were fully stuffed, I paid $14 and hightailed it home. There was an option to leave a tip but I declined.

I ordered ahead with plenty of lead time but still had to wait 15-20 minutes for my food. When I got home I found that one of my sides was missing. The food was average, at best, and overpriced for what we received. I can cross this place off of my BBQ list. The only plus for Dickey's is that they are open on Sunday and our two favorite places , G Brand and Tamez, are not. If it was any other day of the week, I wouldn't have even tried this place.

Nice people and decent food but it just takes too long to get your food. It's BBQ, everything is already cooked. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to prepare.

I ordered my food 35 minutes before close through Door dash. Not until almost an hour after close did the cancel my order. I'm work in food service and am very understanding but I have been sitting here for over an hour waiting on dinner.

Found myself in Watkinsville to get my vaccine and Dickeys BBQ was next door. As I was hungry and so was my wife, we decided to try it. Much to my surprise, it was a good stop but I was really impressed by the bag of onion rings. They were small like I like them and very crunchy to eat. The beef brisket sandwich was good and my wife got the smoked kielbasa sausage that was also bbq’d and spicy. In summary, I will go back as they also have Carolina Gold sauce that is mustard based. My sandwich of pulled pork will have that on it next time and I’ll get another bag of those delicious onion rings. Needless to say, I grew up in South Carolina and I am quite enamored with that mustard and vinegar sauce on my BBQ.

Just picked up an online order of an XL Mac&Cheese and a Large baked beans. The Mac&Cheese was tightly secured with a top and saran wrap. The Large baked beans was two cups of beans. I went to place the bag in my car and there goes the top of one cup of baked beans all over my car. How was I suppose to know that I needed to check the tops to the cups! That's ridiculous and what's also ridiculous was the two SMALL cups of baked beans that is supposedly a LARGE order of beans. Really?? Sadly disappointed.
Everything was delicious, the barbecue was so tender I enjoyed it so much.

It is a wonder this place can stay open. On more than one occasion I have tried to order loaded baked potatoes only to be told they do not have any. You would think a staple item on the menu would be kept hot and ready for purchase.

I went and ordered on line for sliced brisket cheddar sausage 2 meat combo with 4 rib add on. I get home and find I had pulled brisket a sauage I threw away and 4 ribs that were so over cooked its hard to explain. I called the store and was informed they were out of sliced brisket and just forgot to tell me. Why wasnt that info given at order and I would have gone a different way for dinner. So needless to say a meal that was trashed and I still had to go a different way at additional expence. I wouldnt recomend goi g here unless you are not that particular of what kind of Barbeque you eat.
