Super rude staff, was mocked at the window by the manager, Jennifer. I work in customer service and was appalled. Will never return and will make sure my friend and family are aware of the poor service. Starbucks it is!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service at this location. The staff was rude, and the level of service was unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected basic courtesy and professionalism, neither of which I received. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers do not have a similar experience.

This is my go to Dunkin (because it's closest to my school). They may entirely forget your order, especially if you order with the app in person, but they're always apologetic.

Usually a good experience with good food. Not impressed with Austin’s attitude.

The young skinny guy behind the counter had a bad attitude, and condensation was dripping onto the table from the air vent. Food was fairly good.

Im Highly disappointed with this location. It is not properly managed.

The staff is young and have no customer service skills what-so-ever. You walk in and they just look at you. There is no, “Hello, how you, can I take your order”… Nothing.

Next, every single person in this establishment has terrible hearing issues. Every single time I come in, my order is wrong. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

I just left the drive-thru and ordered a HOT coffee with creamer and french vanilla with no sugar. I noticed the order on the screen was wrong and told the girl at the window. She took my coffee back to fix it and handed me a coffee that must have been sititng for quite some time because it was cold and gross. I handed it back to her and told her that the coffee was not hot and still wrong, she then took it back, handed me another coffee and shut the window in my face. The coffee was wrong, AGAIN. When you’re spending money in something, the least they can do is get your order right.

Ive called the establishment twice and spoke to a female manager who’s only solution is to “come back” and we will fix it. Train your staff properly and people wont have to come back and waste time.

I visited this location on Sunday, June 29, 2025. I walked up to the counter and the employee just stared at me. I said “Good morning” and he said can I help you. After putting my order in the bag, he just handed it to me. He never said thank you not one single word. He was very rude and gave very bad service. What happened to customer service and showing some appreciation for my business.

Today was my first adventure to Dunkin. I have seen endless commercials and Tik Toks about their donuts and drinks. I must mark this joint of my bucket list!

Walking in, we were instantly greeted. The gal at the register was really nice. My family and I glanced over the donut cases to see what they all had. Some of the donuts looked good and some looked questionable. You can tell the glaze on the glazed donuts were starting to liquify.

We decided on a few goodies. The gal behind the counter was sweet and got our donuts individually. We also got a 25 pack of donut holes to take for later. The gal also answered a few questions about the coffee since it was my first time ordering one of their drinks. I got myself an iced pistachio oat milk latte. My husband also got an order of the ham and cheese sliders on the pretzel bun at the very least minute.

I wish I can say the donuts were fresh. They were pretty stale. I would almost compare them to grocery store donuts. The ham and cheese sliders were pretty good. Lots of ham. They were nice and hot! I appreciate that the pretzel bun wasn't overly salted. I love my drink. The pistachio latte was a winner! Very very very good!

You can tell this venue has been neglected. The floors are very sticky. The bathrooms are dirty. There's trash on the floor. It makes you not want to eat here. If the venue is this unattended, I can only imagine what it looks like behind the register.

The service, coffee and sliders were great. But everything else was just a flop. For my first time at Dunkin it was ok. I probably wouldn't come back knowing how dirty this joint is. I hope not all Dunkins are like this one. Makes me want to just stick to Krispey Kreme.

They do weird things like put all the ice cream up 2 hours before closing to “thaw” it in some kind of secure vault that can’t be accessed for a 5-year-old who, understandably, doesn’t understand such silly logic. The staff doesn’t either.

Why put all the ice cream away if you sell ice cream? Why not just close?

It’s baffling.

Service is pretty solid.

The service is not very good. They take time to get to you and are not overly friendly when they do. They have a big support pole in front of their display case and do not keep a wide variety of donuts. They have a hand full of tables. The trash is usually overflowing when I go in.

Very frequently gets orders wrong. But at least it's clean and the workers are polite and friendly.

Today the mistakes were a cold coffee instead of a hot one, and an uncooked bagel.
