DON’T TRUST MARCOS PIZZA!! !Last Friday my workplace was having a pizza party for Christmas. A coworker went to pick up a whole bunch of pizzas. Upon arriving at MARCOS IN WATKINSVILLE, not only were they closed, but the pizzas were NOT ready AND he was told that “they were not fixing anything”!!!!!!!! Holy cow!! What nerve! Do not trust them. I guess they’re not one bit concerned about losing a ton of business. They pissed off about 50-75 people. Wow!

I've had an issue on a few orders. The owner of this franchise went above and beyond to make it right my last order. My orders since have been better. They still don't follow the notes. The new Pepperoni Magnifico is a little on the greasy side but I love it! Picture shows lack of garlic butter and romesean seasonings on the actual crust where it should be and lack of double sauce, both per notes.
Update 10/25/24 I ordered delivery and had to replace the order due to my internet connection going out. When I placed the order I tried to call the store to let them know I wanted thick crust. I ALWAYS order their thick crust. Anyways, the phone goes straight to their automated system saying they're closed. At 11 pm, the app says you're open til 12. It's a Friday night so I'm confused why I couldn't call and speak to someone to clarify my order at 11:16 or before that. My pizza did show up on time but clearly not the crust I wanted.

Order on Tuesday and used the BOGO offer. Got 2 speciality pizza and they were great. Very nice person taking my order and the delivery estimate was right o. The money. Delivery driver was very friendly and polite. New go to place for pizza.

Marcos has the best pizza in the Athens area. I love their Garden pizza with a thin crust, and we also get a chicken with spinach and white sauce. All delicious.

The food was good. We ordered pizza and drinks for dine-in. When someone ordered coke, they rang it up, saying nothing about only having Pepsi products. Okay, we were able to find something to drink. Others ordered water, and the young man ringing up never said they didn't have ice or anything. Just got lukewarm water out of what I'm pretty sure was the hand-wash sink and handed it to us. When our pizza arrived, we had to go ask for plates to eat from.Again, pizza was good, and it was a decent price. If you're ordering carry out, it would be fine. We were from out of town and meeting college-aged children to give them items needed from home. We needed to eat in the store and that was definitely the disappointing part.

I’ve been eating at Marco’s Pizza for years. Whether it was lunch or dinner your food arrives as take out. It doesn’t matter what color you are. You still get served pizza in a box. Get over it

Good Pizza but myself and my lady (both black) ordered a DINE IN pizza. The cashier girl (white) was nice but brought our pizza out in the box. As if I didn't specify DINE IN. I got the feeling she didn't want us to eat inside. We still ate tho, I asked for plates! It is Watkinsville and it's alot of racists there.
