Drive thru line is fine but if you go inside there's not a single person that'll help you. They will just look at you and move on back to helping the drive thru.

I had an unreal experience I just had to document it. I went inside to get fries and a drink (not much). 3 people after me had the same order and got it well before me- including some friends that ordered it after me. After maybe 30 minutes, I finally received my drink. My friends were offered a free ice cream for their troubles (they had their food). I didn’t get one because “I didn’t deserve it” according to the employee 💔🥀 another 15 minutes went by and I was asked to hand them my phone so they could see my order and they just… took it to the back. When the employee came out, she handed me my phone and the fries and said “I wasn’t walking back twice.” I’m not necessarily complaining but like bro come on😭

One of the worst stops yet when I walk in with my two grandsons, we all wanted a burger so we all got a burger and a lift up my bun and I squirt some ketchup and there is a big chunk of hair and when I go to the front to tell somebody about it they say there is nothing we can do about it ma’am and said I could get out of the store if I wanted to me as a 56 elderly woman that is not very pleasant

I try to be honest and understanding. Especially to people in the restaurant field because I worked in restaurants for a lot of years. I know how it is. But for the amount of time you have to wait at McDonald's now, something should be right! Not only was a person moping the floor at 11 and a management person leaving, but we waited almost 10 min for overcooked and hard nuggets, salty luke warm fries, and a burger with the bottom bun folded in half. I just don't understand! I am fine with waiting on our food if the restaurant is busy, or I'm getting fresh food, but this was not the case this time! Oh, and the ice cream machine was on heat mode, which one of the employees informed me that it needed to be cleaned because the mix got too warm last night! Eeww! So at 11 am, the start of lunch, no one had the time to clean it! That is unacceptable, especially if a manager is LEAVING before lunch! That means they are intentionally choosing to lose money and upset customers because they couldn't or wouldnt make the time to clean it. I was a manage at this location for a while and I promise you, we would have gotten chewed out for this, if we had a job, had the owners found out. Where are the Mcdonalds owners now? District Managers, do your job! Please get this McDonald's back to 5 stars!

One of my best stops yet. I have been here a few times, but not a ton. It’s always been pretty casual and rarely any issues. I got a McChicken, Fries, and a Frozen drink. Everything came as expected and I immediately left. I’m happy with the service, considering I got served within minutes.

I bought a 1/4 pound deluxe this evening and it had so much mayo on it, that I could not eat it. I mean enough to have a handful left in the box. Nasty

The fries were cold. The young lady at the front counter was cussing at another employee about working the drive thru window. I had my 3 year old with me, and he heard the whole conversation. Someone was cutting their haircut outside on the patio. It was a lot going on at this location. I will not be going back.
