I usually have no problems with this place let me say that first, but on today I get the same sandwich I get all the time. Whoever decided to make my sandwich today decided it was a good idea to pour half a bottle of Parmesan cheese on a 6 inch sandwich and I have photos. It was so much Parmesan cheese. I could even taste the tomatoes. The tomatoes were submerged. Everything was submerged in Parmesan cheese, highly disappointed they claimed that they are giving me a refund when I get off. I will keep you guys posted because I had to literally throw it away.

Major issue I have with this Subway location is their sweet tea. A lot of times it tastes terrible. Other sub restaurants in town have these guys beat. Other than that the sandwiches are always good and they have the best cookies around.

I don't think it is possible to be slower. Only a few people in line and takes a good 1/2 hour to get thru the line. I don't see how this place is still in business operating like this.

Narcissistic, unprofessional, unpredictable, understocked, unmanaged and inconsistent. These are the words that describe the Subway of Watkinsville Georgia, From disrespectful and inunderstanding management, to never having enough of bread, protein, vegetables, chips, or fridge stock, The subway of Watkinsville was always and only consistent of being a mess. Aswel as but not limited to, employees leaving midshift for undetermined reasons, To being told my pay would be at 9.50, to receive my first check at 8.50, after confronting mangment id then be fired for it. IT IS EXPECTED IF THE REGISTER ISNT HOLDING 400 WE FILL IT WITH OUR TIPS, which is downright illegal. The expectations out of an employee for this location are down right ridiculous.

Why do they only have one person working during the lunch rush? This is not the first time I have experienced it. These poor workers have the line going out the door and there is nothing they can do about. Poor management! Should treat your employees better so they can better serve the customers.

I ordered three sandwiches. Only one was correct. The wrap had hot sauce on it and I did not order it, nor does it come with it normally. I ordered one of their big sandwiches that was turkey and there was only one slice of turkey on the whole thing when it was supposed to have double turkey. I will never ever ever go back to the subway. In Watkinsville. It used to be the best, but not anymore.

Gabe and joana were the absolute best! Gabe was understanding as I was also ordering for somebody else so was going a bit slow. They both reassured me I had nothing to be sorry for and they had time! This subway is always the best I go to but joana and gabe just made it to where it’s my only subway spot now! Thank y’all for being you!Update went back 2 weeks later 8/5/2023 and ran into gabe and Jonah again! Gave even remembered who I was and made small talk with me Jonah made sure I was satisfied with the amount of toppings on my sub! It’s always a great pleasure walking into that store and seeing friendly faces! I think these hard working young men deserve a raise they care about their job and it shows! Thank you Jonah and gabe!
This subway used to be the best around but the food now has the feel of gas station old food that's been sitting too long. The lettuce was brown, there were no tomatoes at all, and the vegetable area was almost empty! The female Hispanic employee there was so rude to an elder lady today and she has been rude to me in the past. She thinks she is better than making sandwiches I guess, she rolls her eyes at everyone, uses the same gloves to touch money, and then touches food without changing them, just curious does she not have to wear a uniform like other employees? I'll travel to Jimmy John’s from now on. Both I and the elderly lady walked away from our half-made sandwiches today. I don't do well with an employee disrespecting an elder person for asking the employee to change her gloves after touching dirty money and then agreeing with the customer. Do better Subway! Highly disappointed ?

I worked here and the manager is absolutely awful let's get the truth out so everyone knows she talks on her phone with her family every shift 24/7 and don't hardly do anything but sit in the back and let's the phone ring when her employees were busy with customers the young men that work there are fantastic but the manager is absolutely terrible. Never was told I was fired or anything for what reason? And gave me the nastiest attitude when I asked and is always bumming her employees for rides to work and home yeah definitely not manager material I have assistant manager experience and definitely not professional.

This place is ALWAYS out of something whether it be tea or chips. It's very frustrating. The younger kid that works here is clearly stoned or something. I told him I wanted a club & he looked at me & asked what I wanted as far as meat. I told him 3x I wanted a club!!

LAZY. The posted store hours on the door and on google have them closing at 10 pm. I showed up with my daughter at 9:40 and they had already locked the doors & started closing up. This is unacceptable and if they can’t manage to stay open until 10 then get worthy staff or change the posted business hours.

I’m not sure what is going on here but they are closing at 9:45 pm. If the hours have changed then the owner needs to change it online. The quality of the food has gone down. I think I’ll start going elsewhere it’s so sad…….I really enjoyed eating here but not anymore.
