I am writing to provide feedback regarding two recent experiences at Zaxby's location, specifically concerning an order placed on November 21, 2025, and a subsequent visit tonight to resolve an issue.

On November 21, 2025, I visited your establishment and placed a family order. Given past experiences, I specifically requested that all items be prepared fresh and explicitly stated my willingness to wait for this to occur. After approximately 15 minutes of waiting in the designated area, my order was delivered. Upon arriving home, approximately seven minutes later, I discovered that a significant portion of the order did not meet the requested freshness standards. Specifically, the chicken appeared to be a mix of freshly prepared and older items, and the wings, which I had asked to be fresh and crispy, were not.

Following this, I contacted the restaurant and spoke with a manager named Danielle. Ms. Danielle was exceptionally polite and understanding. She apologized for the oversight and instructed me to note her name on my receipt, assuring me that the full order would be replaced during my next visit.

Tonight, I returned to the Zaxby's location with the intention of redeeming the promised replacement. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I waited approximately ten minutes before any staff member approached to assist me. When I finally spoke with the manager on duty, Isabell, she informed me that she would only authorize the replacement of a single item from my original order, rather than the full order as previously agreed upon. She explicitly stated that this decision was at her discretion.

I find this inconsistency in customer service and the refusal to honor a prior managerial commitment deeply concerning and unprofessional. I value the quality of my purchases and expect that when an error occurs, the resolution provided will be upheld. The total lack of consistency in how this matter was handled, coupled with the initial wait time to even speak with a manager tonight, has left me very disappointed.

I hope this feedback will be considered seriously, as I believe there is a need for more consistent adherence to customer service policies and resolutions at this location.

This is a nice Zaxby’s. The restaurant is clean and well decorated, including the restrooms. The workers were friendly and helpful. My food was also good.
