Been here twice today both times got very little fries. 9$ for a zax snack is not worth it. Barely get any fries. Every other Zaxby’s I go to put way more then this. Should be ashamed

This location has been terrible lately. The staff is so rude and not customer friendly. Everytime I call in an order or place one on the app. It takes an additional 20-30 minutes past the time. It negates the purpose of the mobile app.

Probably the best customer service at a Zaxby's. My grilled chicken was chewy though. Otherwise this is my favorite one near Athens.

Stopped by for lunch today. Food came out great. Demetrius who took our order at the counter was very friendly and helpful!
They must’ve gotten rid of the problematic staff because as of lately service and the food quality has improved. I haven’t had any issues so thank you for making changes, Zaxby’s used to be really good in the early 2000’s but clearly they’ve made changes to their meat products but it’s tolerable. I recommend coming here during the day-time!

This a sad excuse for a wings and things meal. Bottom of the barrel fries and wings with absolutely no sauce on them. Ya'll have got to do better.
