I know many people donāt take reviews into real consideration. This is more so for the managers, higher positioned employees at this location. As a past server myself, Iām not one quick to criticize someoneās performance. However, after multiple visits, there has been one particular server who has repeatedly failed to make me and my guests feel welcomed and cared for. Itās not even the fact that the service isnāt āexceptional.ā Itās just not even the bare minimum. The server constantly has a passive aggressive attitude and makes everything feel like an inconvenience to them. My most recent visit consisted of one of my guests being ignored for at least 20 minutes. They joined the table later and the server made eye contact, saw them, yet continued to walk past without asking any questions, handing a menu, just absolute silence and no acknowledgement. One bad day, okay. Two, maybe just bad luck. Three, Iām losing patience. But four to five?!?!? Yeah Iām over it.
But, on a probably more serious note for the rest of the customers, Iāve seen cockroaches on multiple recent occasions. The wall, the floor, the booth, you name it. A restaurant has its pests at times. But this is becoming an every visit thing.

Was on a first time date there with a young lady. The quantity of shrimp was fine. However the size of the shrimp was miniscule. It was like Popcorn Shrimp double breaded able triple breaded to make the pieces look bigger. French Fries were hot, tasty and crisp. They almost had the fresh cut taste. Coleslaw was bland. Not much flavor. Coleslaw was served in a bowl that was hard to get my fork into to get the coleslaw out. The tea was somewhat tasteless, watered down and warm.

I was meeting my daughter and son in love for supper. The server came over I ordered a drink told her I was waiting on my daughter but that I will eat there but I would also be taking a dinner home to my husband. I asked if I needed to go ahead and place that order now or when I ordered with everybody. Told her I needed to be walking out the door by 7:30 it was only 5:30. We all ordered around 6pm we didnāt get our food till 7:45. I round up having to take my food home also. The food was cold. Our steaks were tough. It was not good, & the server didnāt care. I asked to speak to the manager and was told no one was there at the moment. I want be back for long time!

I went for lunch yesterday with my son, sister, and niece.... The appetizers were over cooked, and almost tasteless as well as the food! It took forever to get our food, and we noticed other people getting there food before us that came in way behind us! The waitress was very jittery, and wouldn't let us finish speaking before responding "I got ya." She finally came to tell us it would be another 5 to 8 mins for our food that took more like 15 or 20.... I told her I hope it was better then the apitizers and she just kind of laughed.... The Shark Bowls were good, however they were missing the sharks and tasted mostly like pineapple juice, and where $10.50 a piece.... Needless to say our over all experience wasn't one to make us want to return for sure. It shouldn't take that long for fried shrimp, and fries or chicken Alfredo... The price for the quality of food was completely absurd!
