Food was for pick up. Food was cold. Curly fries cold. Sliders cold. Philly cheese steak look stepped on in. Wrapper and barley anything was left in the bread. It was all in the wrapper stuck. No sauce was in the bag, no condiments in the bag, not even a fork. The Mac n cheese was one cold clump and not edible. The entire $35 order went into the trash. Why even ask them to make it right when the employees work ethic and attitudes showed in the bag I was given. Never will be back to Waycross Arby's EVER. VERY MAD . Need a complete employee turn over. It shows how much the employees hate their jobs.

How does the store that's slogan is we got the meats never have any meat when I go. This the third evening I've been by to try their new steak nugget items and their out yet again. Now they also don't have roast beef which is strange since that's half their menu...do better

Arby's is typically a hit or miss here lately, unfortunately today they seemed a bit short handed and ended up having to get my food to go. I will say the staff was friendly and the dining area was cleaned.

Walked in last night and for about 20 minutes, no one was there. Somehow someway two teens come out the back talking about they were talking to their manager 🤣🤣🤣 yeah okay. Ive said it before, put the fries in the bag, idc what these kids behind the register do, just get your money man 🤣 trust me you will get your food, they just have to start the fryers up at 7pm 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣 atmosphere is 5 start cause no one was there

The Absolute worst Arby's in the NATION. Went there on Nov 3 about 12 noon this red headed goat beard kid seemed as if he didn't want to be there. He never smiled he never looked at me and when I asked is there a problem he said he didn't know. I just want a fry and he treat as if I did something to him personally. I never got the fry and left never to return. I ask everyone who sees this review to never go there until this kid is fired or the restaurant is closed PERMANENTLY. HELP ME BY NEVER GOING THERE EVER.

The food was hot and fresh when ordered and recieved. However, one of the sandwiches had something 'extra' in it that wasn't a listed ingredient per say. I've eaten here before with no issues, service has always been friendly, but I think it'll be awhile before I attempt another go at this location now.
