Dont even bother putting in a mobile order if you're looking to speed up the process. You'll sit at the window for 15+ minutes while staff looks at you and then walks off. Save the hassle. Go to Surcheros.

I thoroughly enjoyed the elite level of customer service given at this location. Rosalee did a phenomenal job serving me, and I was impressed with the quality of food I received. Rosalee made a few suggestions to go along with my meal and recommended I download the app to get notified about rewards and free food. Overall, I had an awesome experience and I hope to come back soon. Thanks Rosalee, you're the best!!!

Don't go to this store hungry they don't ever have enough food to make any orders and the employees laugh at you when they tell you to wait for 25 min during dinner rush when you have watched 8 other potential customers walk in and back out they have no food ready for purchase this store is a joke no fast food most time no food available will not ever walk back Thursday the doors

I have tried two separate times to give this location, the benefit of the doubt, and it has disappointed both times. I will not be back for another attempt. The first time they were out of the meat I wanted, and it was 6 o’clock in the evening, Poor planning. The second time they did not put my toppings I asked for in my bag, that were ordered on the side. We did not notice until we got on the road. We pass through here several times a month from Florida to Georgia and I have really been looking forward to this new location. Chipotle has really bombed putting the new franchise here. The employees are not attentive, there’s no urgency to greet anyone when you walk in, and they act like you are bothering them while placing the order.

The food quality is pretty average compared to other Chipoltle locations, nothing out of the ordinary. The employees while being nice and providing good portions kinda give that vibe that you walking in the door kinda just ruined their day. But on a positive side this location is not really all that busy whenever I go, so maybe 1 person max in line. I havent really ever been disappointed with the overall experience so I continue to go.

Whatever you do, don’t go around “shift change” time (5pm?). There won’t be a SINGLE dish of fresh protein to choose from. Just the leftover scraps in the bottom that are lukewarm. If you guys can’t “change shifts” more efficiently than that, you probably shouldn’t be in the business of feeding hungry people.

This is by far the worst Chipotle ever I am use to fresh food no matter what time you go their, always food being cooked and or being chopped to drop fresh food. The company needs get their management to be responsibly for their employees don't ask for fresh food or something that doesn't look dry up they just gonna stir it and say this is what they have. This has made me not want to go to any Chipotle store.

Fuss Baby

If you don't get there when they open the food is not full there no one trying to refill what missing and what is out is dried up the beans look like they have been there forever and it was 2:30pm. This is not the first time this happens I work late so I tend to go after 6pm I say just don't go because it's like their closed already looking at food no food cooking no one turning the food to look fresh I love Chipotle and I am not use to the food being poor and always empty.
