Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The food was good and didn't take long to come out after we placed our order. We sat for at least 10 minutes before being greeted by our server. We had to ask for refills. I've eaten at this establishment multiple times and the food is usually pretty good, but the service is subpar at best.

We went here for breakfast while out shopping for the holidays. Our server was on top of her game and checked on us frequently. The food was perfect. While we were there, we also picked up a couple of gifts for family members. Overall, it was a great experience.

Stopped in order pot roast as it was freezing cold and needed some comfort food. It definitely hit the spot. The roast was very good with carrots, celery, onions & potatoes. The mash potatoes & the broccoli was spot on. I love their broccoli it’s steamed to perfection. The hot biscuits and syrup was like dessert for me. The portion size was adequate.

Went to Cracker Barrel this past Friday. Waitress was awesome. She did a great job and the food was good.However was not pleased with the taking off of some of the items on the menu especially the MAPLE BACON CHICKEN. Please bring back the item.

Went to Cracker Barrel on Sunday Service was ok ( had a new waitress first day on floor on her own she did her best) but the Mgr Frank was exceptional he made everything right he went above and beyond to make our experience great and he do just that Thanks again to Frank for being en awesome Mgr.

I was very disappointed in my food. Biscuits were burnt and hard as a rock. I asked for different ones and was told that was all they had. Then my chicken and dumplings tasted like a salt shaker. I couldn’t eat it. Ordered some pancakes instead and it took over 25 minutes. We almost left as my dad was already done eating. Just a note. I always order the chicken and dumplings and have never had that experience before.

The kids got their food 20 minutes before the adults so we didn't eat all at the same time. No utensils were given with the food so we had to wave down another waitress. Our waitress barely came to the table

I just love this place. If you want country cooking at its best, this is the way to go. Also, their store is it's just a multitude of great sweets and many, many gifts for all ages. A lot of their candy takes me back to the penny candy store I used to go to when I was younger. I go there just to go shopping in their store. Anyone who's not been there should check it out if you want a great gift for anybody that's the place to go. Right now, they're showing stuff for halloween, and it's unique.
