I enjoyed my side of dumplings and my kids chicken fingers, however I’m not happy that Cracker Barrel no longer has hamburger steak on the menu! That’s always been my favorite and I was very disappointed I was unable to order it yesterday.

Two of us stopped in to Cracker Barrel today for lunch and we were seated quickly. We waited and no server came to our table. Several servers walked by, but no one ever acknowledged our presence. We continued to wait and 11 minutes after being seated, still no server acknowledged us or came to our table. So, we got up and left! We mentioned it to an employee at the checkout registers, and she just gave us the "deer in the headlights" look. No wonder Cracker Barrel is freefalling with customer service like that and with the comments in the other negative reviews! Reading other reviews, long wait times and poor service seems to be very common here. Nope, we will not return. We found a great restaurant up the road and will continue to patronize it.

It was our first time visiting the Waycross GA location. Everyone was friendly. Our server Oz did a great job. Thank you!

The Atmosphere was the only thing that got 5 stars, and that's because we were with one of our children and her family spending time with our grandkids! The waitress was terrible, she completely messed up 3 of the 6 orders that we placed. Then when I did eventually get what I ordered one of the sides were wrong. When I got the bill she had charged me for an extra side. That wasn't my mistake. My fish was good, pork chops were tough, broccoli had not even been steamed, and the mac and cheese had some weird brown film on the top of it. They didn't even have what my husband ordered although she kept telling him it should be right up. Finally someone else came out and told him it wasn't available and he had to pick something else. Over 2 hours and he had to take his food home in a box. And, they didn't even offer a discount until I started questioning the bill. I understand everywhere and everyone has off days but that was just too much.

We waited almost 15 minutes after we were seated before we saw a waitress. There was only one other couple sitting on our side of the room at this time. We ordered and she brought our drinks. Almost thirty minutes went by and other tables that had been seated after we had ordered were receiving their food and we were still waiting. The waitress came out and said I'm sorry about the delay, but your order got put behind a catering order. But apparently the people that came in and ordered after we had ordered were not affected and received their meals in a timely manner. We did ask to speak to the manager and he came by the table and said I'll go check on your food and we never saw him again. Our food finally came. We ate, paid our bill and left.The food was good. But we won't be back anytime soon.

Our waitress has to be one of the best in town!! She was a delight to have as our waitress and my granddaughters just thought she was the nicest of all. Food did not disappoint either.

Our server was great and most of our food was excellent! We did get biscuits that were burned on top, which has never happened to us at Cracker Barrel before, but taking the top off and eating the bottom part worked. Love the store!!

When I went to check out, I had a 20% discount coupon, However, it was not accepted toward my order which was $37+.
I thought the young lady would ask a manager or supervisor to assist. Since she did neither, the 20% off was not applied to my
meal. Its only valid until March 9th so I probably won't have an opportunity to use it within the next few day.

Slow service. No fire on cold day. And bacon was undercooked had to send back to be microwaved
