Went to Cracker Barrel this past Friday. Waitress was awesome. She did a great job and the food was good.However was not pleased with the taking off of some of the items on the menu especially the MAPLE BACON CHICKEN. Please bring back the item.
Went to Cracker Barrel on Sunday
Service was ok ( had a new waitress first day on floor on her own she did her best) but the Mgr Frank was exceptional he made everything right he went above and beyond to make our experience great and he do just that Thanks again to Frank for being en awesome Mgr.
I was very disappointed in my food. Biscuits were burnt and hard as a rock. I asked for different ones and was told that was all they had. Then my chicken and dumplings tasted like a salt shaker. I couldn’t eat it. Ordered some pancakes instead and it took over 25 minutes. We almost left as my dad was already done eating. Just a note. I always order the chicken and dumplings and have never had that experience before.
