Me and my family on Christmas Day stopped by because both signs said they were open and we saw employees inside. We sat at drive through menu far too long with cars behind us with no response. So I decided to pull to the window. Employee walked past a dozen times but never acknowledged us. Finally the manager ( with attitude) shouted through the closed window we’re closed. I told her that a common courtesy would be to turn off open signs or to at least post a note on drive through that we’re closed. She looked at me like I was stupid and said we can’t! Then walked off! My wife told the cars behind us they were closed at this point. But new cars had lined up by the time we left. Ridiculous ! The lack of courtesy and common sense shown by the staff was above and beyond that day. I realize it’s Christmas and they may have had issues but a simple note on the menu board would have solved all the ( customer) problems.

I went to Dunkin' Donuts in Connecticut for 20 years when I was working and now I'm retired and have moved to Georgia. TRIP #1 - I went through the drive-through. I was disappointed they did not have the snacking bacon and was told the morning crew did not prepare the bacon for the afternoon crew so no bacon. I left with my coffee, which was supposed to be over Ice and I got it hot, i decided not to wait for it to be remade and to put it over ice myself at home. TRIP#2- Ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches on croissant. They handed me the bag and all 3 were made on the tortilla. I had to wait for the 3 sandwiches to be remade. TRIP #3 - yay! They got it right, but curiously while I was waiting at the window for my 2 frozen coffees, I had a conversation with the girl taking the money who was talking to another coworker about how the manager is taking the leftover donuts at night and selling them the next day. All donuts are supposed to be made fresh! One of the workers said she'd bit into a donut, and it made a tearing sound. It was supposed to be soft. It was yucky. That is just not right, and someone needs to do something about it!! Of course, the workers can't say anything otherwise they would lose their job, but I think it's terrible that the manager is doing this and trying to pull one over on the public, as well as Dunkin Donuts!.
For the driest donuts on plant earth go to Walmart or dunkin donuts you can't drink enough water, coffee, soda, or tea to get one of those places donuts down (Walmart ,dunkin donuts,)🤮

Horrible.. rude people .. Could have made a crap breakfast at home for way cheaper
We purchased 2 jelly filled . The bread must have been several days old. The jelly had an "off" taste, near sour condition. The general store needed cleaning. There was not a soap dispenser if any type in men's room. Not even an empty one. The air blower for drying hands did not work. The staff was pleasant. But need some training on conversations during customer servicing. I now understand the corporate financial troubles.

No hot breakfast. The cook refused to cook anything hot. They barely ever have any specialty drinks. The absolute worst Dunkin in Gerogia
