Ellianos Coffee - Waycross

I went there to get a chai freezer, which I go there specifically for that drink because it's always been the best. I went there today and it tastes like watered down milk. It's not even sweet and has no flavor. Highly disappointed.

This coffee was better than Starbucks got the caramel freeze, and my daughter got an Oreo freeze.. incredible. And the staff was very sweet.

I Drink eliano's twice and it's just Getting new people in and they don't know how to make the drinks like normal or something. Because now there's no caramel in my cup and I got a caramel freezer. And it doesn't taste sweet at all it taste like straight coffee. I'm not one to complain, but it's just getting worse and worse.

The pumpkin spice is amazing. Also the caramelo. I go Every day sometimes twice a day. But I order on line and the red head on the morning always makes my drink wrong. I order online and it Specifies extra thick and extra smooth with caramel in the cup. So When she gives me my drink, it's very runny. There's no caramel in the cup. So when I bring up the problem, she rolls her eyes and has an attitude and then she just adds extra ice to it and doesn't smooth it down so there's big chunks of ice where I can't even drink it out of a straw and I'm not one to complain but this is the fourth time in a row that I've got a drink from her only. And it's always something her attitude is bad.You're not supposed to roll your eyes at customers just because they were asking you to fix the drink the way they ordered it but other than her.I love their service and everything
