Um…I asked for an iced caramel macchiato and the girls acted like I asked for a baby raccoon? I got an iced caramel mocha? It tastes good but how does a coffee shop not know what a macchiato is? The Ellianos in Statesboro does so, if you ever want a macchiato you’ll have to go there. (Macchiato is just steamed milk and espresso)

If I could give this location 10 stars I would. Their baristas and cashiers are always so professional and courteous. I decided to leave a review though after last night, I went to get my usual, a regular green smoothie peach base and the young man at the window on this Friday night, he had short blonde hair but I just love him. He's always so sweet and attentive when taking orders, even putting my smoothie in a larger cup because he blended too much. It's the little things for me honestly. I frequent this place weekly, so being a valued customer, means a lot. On top of the great customer service you receive. Definitely highly recommended.Vegetarian options: They have snacks sandwich options diary and meat free.Dietary restrictions: I am currently on vegan diet, the smoothie options are amazing being that they have almond milk options, I love the Pina colada smoothie no whipped topping usually but when I need to get more greens in my diet for the day, I grab me a green smoothie extra spinach, with flavored base. ?

Love their white mocha frappe! Every time I go through Waycross, I always stop here and get myself a treat! There's usually a wait even with 2 drive thru windows, but it's worth the wait!

Girl at the window had a poor attitude when we pulled up. We gave her our order and the amount was low. I asked her if she got everything correctly and she smarted off saying that we didn't say that. We clearly said our order and even told her twice no whip. She rolled her eyes and handed us the credit machine for the tip and acted like we were bothering her. I told her just to cancel our order and we went to Dairy Queen and received our order with a smile. Service at Ellianos was horrible.
They have the best coffee next time I am in area I will be getting coffee.

I love ellianos and they have some of the best coffee in waycross, but i have been disappointed 3 times with the same barista that’s works in the evening. i didn't get her name but she’s younger and has dark hair.. she is very sweet. i have gotten my coffee made by her twice and it taste like water. the first time i went back and someone else remade it and it tasted fine, I ordered two smoothies for my friend to try because he had never tried here and i was very disappointed because the smoothies always taste so good and my favorite, the berry blast taste like sweet tart and this was the opposite of that. both of the smoothies tasted very bland so i thought maybe she isn’t rationing the ingredients correctly. my third time which was last night after working a 8 hour shift, my friend brought me a coffee from ellianos and i was so excited because i had been waiting for a few hours but was very disappointed with my coffee. It tasted bland as well and not how the other baristas make it. it got thrown away which sucked. I am not trying to get this girl in trouble but i don’t think she is making the drinks correctly and as someone who was a barista, I know sometimes people make the drinks the way they think they should be made. I just don’t want people to feel the same way with the coffee because ellianos is just to good to stay away from.
