Don't waste your money. Chicken over cooked, hard, dry, burnt grease. Tough and over half of every piece of Chicken uneatable. Wont eat here ever again. Fries sucked. You could suck the grease out of the mac and cheese nuggets. It was like they fried everything in the same grease over and over til the grease was burnt and kept cooking in it. Save your money. They don't deserve one star. Waiting line drive thru very slow. This place really sucked. I usually don't give bad reviews but they need this bad review so hopefully they will step up

The second day they were open I went and purchased the hot wings and fries. The service was excellent we didn't have to wait long and the food was fresh. The wings were excellent especially since I love the wings and the fries were very good. I returned a week later for the family thing of chicken, fries, and okra and my family loved everything. So, now this is our favorite place to eat when we want chicken. I had a picture but I can't find it will take a picture next time for a review.

First time here at this place in Waycross and the service was horrible along customer service, the girls working the front had no sort of customer service experience. Found A piece of long hair on top of my food which you can clearly see. I took my food back to the front before opening it, and they huddled to the side whispering softly. They didn’t offer to remake the food or any type of refund or a discount for the hair that was found. Just took to the back for a second and disappeared. Then reemerged with another plate. They also missed an item that ordered but never put it on my ticket ??♂️

Food was hot and fresh each time! The only thing is, the drive thru serves at your passenger car window so therefore if you don’t have a passenger, you are reaching to pay and get your food. Customer service could be better but all in all it won’t stop me from eating there.

Don't order from the online menu. It is not real. They are doing what is called bait and switch. They advertise a dinner is served with fish fries cold slaw and bread. When you get to there location to place your order they tell you if you want slaw it cost more. I showed them the online description of the dinner they told me we don't honor the online menu just the paper ones in the restaurant.
