Didn't get all of my order, herd them talking about it but just didn't make it to the bags. Over 100 bucks and was there 40 minutes, and it was order on line. Still had to sit. Sad.

It's KFC. It's to be expected. It's okay chicken. My biggest complaint is the wait time. Twice the manager came up to the cashier and told him stop taking people's order. Manager needs some organizational skills and team exercise skills. If your team works good together, you don't have to stop taking orders. You just keep pumping them out. I'll give it to them fellas in there. They were really busting their chops but it's all about having an experienced leader to lead the team and she was not having.

It just doesn't taste like it used to. The size of tenders were so small I don't even consider them a chicken tenders. The mashed potatoes were lacking in flavor

I love the new designs of the local KFC, a much needed improvement. We asked for 2 Chicken Littles (or whatever they call them). Instead we got 2 regular chicken sandwiches 🤷♀️ My husband & I even discussed it with the cashier 🤦♀️. However, the sandwiches were very tasty, well seasoned and neatly put together. The cashier was very nice & friendly though.

It was at one time a good place with good food now everything sucks. They can't get an order right.The food is smal portions and over priced. And don't get me started on the rude filthy employees.
