It's KFC. It's to be expected. It's okay chicken. My biggest complaint is the wait time. Twice the manager came up to the cashier and told him stop taking people's order. Manager needs some organizational skills and team exercise skills. If your team works good together, you don't have to stop taking orders. You just keep pumping them out. I'll give it to them fellas in there. They were really busting their chops but it's all about having an experienced leader to lead the team and she was not having.

It just doesn't taste like it used to. The size of tenders were so small I don't even consider them a chicken tenders. The mashed potatoes were lacking in flavor

I love the new designs of the local KFC, a much needed improvement. We asked for 2 Chicken Littles (or whatever they call them). Instead we got 2 regular chicken sandwiches 🤷♀️ My husband & I even discussed it with the cashier 🤦♀️. However, the sandwiches were very tasty, well seasoned and neatly put together. The cashier was very nice & friendly though.

Ordered a 6 piece ‘ taste of kfc’ meal. Upon arrival home,opened box had 4 pieces of chicken instead of six and what I received must have came off of a bitty it was so tiny. Whole so called meal was disgusting what little of it they was. Enjoy that 20 bucks kfc because you won’t get another dime from me.Maybe hire employees that can count also although it’s not surprising.

Did not get what I ordered no one was listening to what I was ordering got everything wrong, Then you have a manager yelling at the the only white employee telling him "if you want these cookies to leave her employees alone." But he is an employee 🤨 This KFC NEEDS A NEW MANAGER BEFORE IT GETS SHUT DOWN!!!!!! DONT STOP AT THIS KFC EVER!!!!!

i eat here alot as it is close to my job but here lately it seems as if the customer service isnt there and the taste of the chicken is more like burnt grease prehaps the fryer needs to be changed and hasnt been.and if you go at dinner time they are breaking down and nothing is hot or they are always out of the chicken and the refuse to cook any fresh chicken even though it was 2 hours before closing,,
