Did not get what I ordered no one was listening to what I was ordering got everything wrong, Then you have a manager yelling at the the only white employee telling him "if you want these cookies to leave her employees alone." But he is an employee 🤨 This KFC NEEDS A NEW MANAGER BEFORE IT GETS SHUT DOWN!!!!!! DONT STOP AT THIS KFC EVER!!!!!

i eat here alot as it is close to my job but here lately it seems as if the customer service isnt there and the taste of the chicken is more like burnt grease prehaps the fryer needs to be changed and hasnt been.and if you go at dinner time they are breaking down and nothing is hot or they are always out of the chicken and the refuse to cook any fresh chicken even though it was 2 hours before closing,,

I’ve been in customer service long enough know that the customer service that I received was marginal at best. The poor server bless her heart she tried to figure out what my order consisted of (#3 4 piece half original half extra crispy, two order of fries and drink) but her supervisor at best I can tell he was annoyed by my order but I can’t tell if he took it out on her or not otherwise the customer service was amazing and half can be better.

Placed and order and then when I went to rhe window to pay and pick up they didn't even take my order and then had to repeat it twice. Girl at window was rude and shoved food out window and closed it.
DO NOT GO HERE! This place needs everything from the white man who was manager, to the 5 or 6 other blacks, who wait on u! A young skinny black girl got mad because we ordered 8 pieces. They were out of biscuits! (And didn't offer to cook any) I asked for manager. He was working drive thru while the rest of the crew was doing nothing. Mr manager, I would fire the whole crew and start over, or close the door! Y'all are pitiful!!! (To that lil girl, you don't know how lucky you are, if I could have reached you, I'd slapped the taste out your mouth)

I love KFC every time I go there on my bucket of original chicken sometimes crispy I love their biscuits those things are nice and soft and fluffy the mashed potatoes and gravy is great macaroni and cheese is great I will continue to go and deal with them or regular bases

I ordered the apple poppers they said at window to pull up to rail it would take 4 mins. I waited 10. Only 2 people inside waiting on their orders. I went inside to ask have u forgot about me? Wasn't busy at all I was just forgotten park by rail where they told me to pull up at. Very un happy.
