Great food!!!!

We ordered on phone and picked it up. It was good. Usually is. Sometimes the girls are a little rushed which makes them aggravated but that happens.

**Edit: Congratulations on the new restaurant location! Glad to see you expand and that the seating is much much better!**Original Review from 5 yrs ago:Kobe is a favorite restaraunt of mine. Nearly every menu item is a reasonable or even cheap price, and the quality is mid-grade to high quality. In my book that means "It almost always tastes great and properly cooked, but can vary sometimes depending on who's cooking."I have to recommend the large Teriyaki chicken bowl (or entree if you want some good veggies too), ask for extra teriyaki sauce, as well as the Volcano Roll. The volcano roll is basically a deep-fried sushi, with crab meat and cream cheese on the inside. It is stacked up into the shape of a volcano, with spicy mayo and eel sauce running down from the top as if it were lava. Unlike its name may suggest, it is not spicy at all. But it IS hot, gooey, with the refreshing taste of crab to finish it off.The staff here are generally friendly, even with a lunch rush going on. My only wish for this place to improve is getting a bigger restaraunt for more dining space. It's a bit crowded and you often end up snuggling in next to a random stranger due to the awkward seating, or having waiting customers glaring at you for taking your time eating because they want your table. Also, when eating soup, I would appreciate a real spoon, not a cheap plastic one that melts. And they used to play music appropriate to the culture and theme of the restaraunt -now it's just pop music. To summarize, Great food, great prices, nice staff, but awkward restaraunt. Even with the restaraunt itself being a bit of a downer, this place still gets a solid 5 from me.

We dined in today for the first time & left astonished! We ordered a variety of things from the menu and every item was AMAZING! No exaggeration, everything was perfect! The sushi was fresh, the hibachi and noodles were the best we’ve eaten & we’ve tried places as far as JAX. The spring rolls and clear soup were divine! The staff were friendly, polite & our food was at our table immediately! This has been added to my families list of favorite places to eat ⭐️

Tried the hibachi steak and scallops with Japanese noodles. Yeah, that was just awful. The noodles were very dry and bland. Even adding additional sauce didn't help at all. The scallops were rubbery and inedible. The teriyaki chicken was dry. You couldn't even cut it with a knife it was so tough. Don't even get me started on their "sweet" tea... because someone definitely forgot to add sugar to it. Btw, if you want extra sauce, be prepared to spend $0.35 for a little pre-portioned container. This is the place of nickel and dime, because if you want something extra, it's going to cost you. Definitely won't be returning here anytime soon, at least at dinner time. The restaurant was nearly empty of patrons at dinner, which should have told me to go elsewhere.Dietary restrictions: I have an egg allergy and neither the chef nor the manager knew if their food was made with it or not. They didn't even bother to check, so they assumed it wasn't in it since they didn't cook with raw eggs for anything else. If you still plan to eat here, I'd take a Benadryl just to play it safe.

Shelby is the best! She makes sure we’re taken care of every time me and my mom come in. The sushi is great and the steak bowl and chicken bowls are great too! We also love their ginger dressing for the house salad!
