I honestly dont think ive had a good experience here since I started to drive myself, and that was 10 years ago. The staff generally sound like they dont care to work here, and its probably because they're understaffed. So I get it. Countless times ive gone and there was no food in stock. Breakfast and lunch. Today, i went for breakfast and staff told me no tea was available, and no fried eggs... it is 9am on a Sunday. I drove off and remembered why I stopped giving my money to thus establishment. I have no issues anywhere else, except this Krystals. No matter the time of day, they let me down, without fail. Its sad because I do enjoy the food... when I can get it.

Supposed to close at 12 but sit at the speaker for 10 mins at 11:15 and no one will answer you. Drive around to the window someone finally takes your order. Don’t understand how you have a woman walking around with a headset on ignoring people and the other person in there just walking around with AirPods in. Worst customer service by far.

Waited around for 15 minutes, ordered a couple of spicy chiks,. Tots and water. One person walking around getting coffee, maybe on break not sure. 2 people in back. Was told biscuits were cooking, one other couple inside eating. Finally get our food and have to eat on the go... burnt biscuits. If I didnt ha e somewhere else to be at that time, I would have turned around and had my money refunded. Very disappointing.

My young lady in the Drive-Thru was so distracted by the two Associates that were horse playing cussing and play fighting behind her that she couldn't stay focused on what she was trying to say to the customer the sign was turned to lunch already myself and a customer in front of me thought we were ordering lunch because of what the sign showed it was 15 minutes till 11:00 we were not told that they were still serving breakfast because she was distracted by the two boys that you can clearly hear over the mic and her headset coming out of the speaker which is totally okay if I got breakfast my concern is the two young Associates horse playing behind her where there is fryers and dangerous equipment the poor girl asked them to please be quiet and they cussed at her and told them she needed to stay focused on what she was doing and don't tell them how to do their job I do greatly appreciate that the young lady at the window was trying her hardest with what the distractions and things behind her were going on the store Waycross on plant Avenue needs to have management that controls their Associates this is not high school even though they are high school age they need to understand that this is a business and that is very dangerous of them horse playing and especially cussing and being extremely rude to the other associate when they are doing what they need to be done this place is getting really bad I enjoy the food I love krystals this company here in Waycross someone needs to come in and investigate how management is running

Krystal holds a special place in my heart. Late night cravings can usually be met with a Krystal burger. This location, in particular, is not really known for being the fastest, but I still go occasionally. It was this location that my wife decided that she likes Krystal. I was very pleased. If this location would pick up their speed, I'd happily give them 5 stars.
