The entire staff needs hearing aids I ordered a 20 piece mcnugget with a large fry and a large frappe and they gave me 2 large fries instead this McDonald's hardly ever gets an order right

I been in Waycross for over +18 years and every time I come to this McDonaldās (I even got hired here) thereās always something wrong. I came there just now and they donāt even know to read a simple online order

- Has BBQ Sauce On It (I said I didnāt want that)
Total = $15.31 with 20% discounted already added
Then the guy at the window seen my receipt twice and still got it wrong and gave me someone elseās order that is entirely different. This McDonaldās store is guided by carelessness. This is just my 25ā review but thereās been plenty of bad reviews coming from this store over the years since opened. The only thing thatās good from here is the fries which is undercooked or cold.
