by far, hands down, the MOST DISGUSTING "pizza" I ever ate. Im not sure that it could be called pizza honestly. the wings were good, but expensive and small, but good. the veggie pizza I ordered was just awful. it tasted like week old frozen pizza. nothing could have helped it. it was trash, exactly where it went after 1 slice each for my mom and I. I didn't even finish my slice and the dog wouldn't even touch it.. Will NEVER papa john it again. first and last for me.

Every time I order a carry out pizza from here, I end up waiting an extreme amount of time for my food. When I ordered by phone today, I was told 15 minutes. Well, here it is 45 minutes past that 15 min timeframe and I'm still waiting for a single pepperoni pizza. The food is good but the wait time is beyond ridiculous.

I ordered since 5:45pm and it’s now 6:57 and I had to wait all this time just for one pepperoni pizza that I ordered. I didn’t order anything else but a box of pizza. The line was long and the lady was being rude by her face reaction to a sir who was working there taking boxes out the store. There were people that were there before me and they were still waiting. I got my pizza first and it’s not fair to me if they were there first. No one was taking customers orders they were all at the back. I don’t look forward to get any pizza from this place it’s good but I can’t do one hour for one pizza.

I will be completely honest in this review. I enjoy pizza as much as the next man. I don't really care for Domino's or pizza hut because the bottom of the pizza, the bread is always so oily / greasy. In my opinion the taste of them does not come close to compare to the taste of a papa John's. Now on 9/9/24 I order I ordered a "custom pizza" with New York style bread. I ordered it with multiple veggies & meats and extra sauce. When I go it, it was missing some of then items I ordered and for what iyems i ordered there was very very little amounts of those items put on the pizza. Due to the distance from my home and papa John's I did not return it, but I suggest everybody ordering from papa johns check your order before leaving the store.

Customer service non-existent. Ordered online on 6/13/2024 and arrived to the store at approximately 6:15pm. Recieved the notification at 6:20pm that my order was ready. Went to the counter a watched 5-6 employees move about and not 1 employee paid any attention to the counter. At 6:32pm I just walked out after being blatantly ignored for an excessive amount of time. I emailed and sent a feedback about this experience and 6 days later no response and no refund. Was a long-time customer, now I'll do business with another company.

There pizza isn't the same it seems the service is poor. No ordering menu board and the workers kid playing in the lobby . I'm thinking pizza hut is better.
