Food is always good, but they need a doorbell system of some kind. On a few occasions I’ve walked in and no one’s came out and I’ve had to YELL through the store to get someone to come out.

The girl working the front counter on Nov 26 and Nov 28 was very rude to me both days, she is very slow at her job, shows no intention of delivering speedy or even decent service at all, and then was rude to me when I asked for an estimate on my 30 minute old order. Why is she still here.

Please understand that if there is an issue with a DoorDash, and DoorDash Customer support handles it then the customer tries to handle it outside of DoorDash. The customer ISSS the problem, managers are so weird and the understaffing is representative of how the work environment is.

Wait time is absolutely horrendous. Having to wait an hour every time is crazy. Having to sit up there after app saying its ready for over 30 mins. Every. Single. Time. I urge you to call the corporate number like I did to actually get movement in making this Papa John's better again bc it nothing at all about the food or service. This is on management for letting this go on for over a year now.

This place is a bloody nightmare. When I order for myself, it’s an insanely long wait time. I’ve quit going because of this. When I am doordashing and have to deliver to customers, I often reassign the order because they’re never on time and not even close to being on time. They NEVER communicate with the customers or those picking up the food and they all are moving at a slow pace. I understand places are busy but they never seem to know what is going on and it’s a train wreck each time. Please fix this location and the horrible experience that they provide.

I’ve always loved Papa John’s pizza and have consistently ordered for years. I’m sad to say that I’ll be swapping to Pizza Hut or Dominos going forward. For a while now pizzas are 1-2 hours late. No one answers the phone. Ever. When our food is finally delivered items are always missing such as drinks or extra sauces that were paid for. I’ve been aggravated for quite some time but the final straw was when I ordered way ahead of time for delivery by a specific time (for a birthday party) and the pizzas were still over hour late. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone despite numerous calls. By the time it arrived, most guests had left. No explanation, no apologies. Oh. And the pizza was cold. Never again. Needs better management.

This store really needs some work. It always takes FOREVER to get your pizza. It’s always a minimum of 30-40 minutes after the time they say it will be ready, sometimes even much longer. No one answers the phone. No one acknowledges you in the store. They always forget your drinks and sauces when delivering. I even tried to order ahead around 3:55 to have a pizza delivered at 7:00. They had 3 hours notice. Pizza still wasn’t ready until 8:10. That’s ridiculous. They need to manage the orders better.

We got a barbecue pizza and a buffalo pizza for dinner tonight. first of it took forever for it to get here then once we get it there’s onion on both pizza’s. not once did we say put onion on the pizza and no one in the family eats onion and we have someone who’s highly allergic to onions in the household!!!! so you can imagine my anger when i found out this might could’ve gone so much more differently. we tried calling but got forbid someone answer the phone to let them know they messed up the order! now we’re hungry, we don’t have the money for anything else because we order these pizzas!!!! i will never ever ever spend another penny at this place again.

The manager came out of the bathroom and went to the sink in the kitchen area and ran water over his hands without soap. Improper hand washing. This was in Waycross, Ga.

Placed an online order to have delivered and hit pay with cash instead of card (my mistake) I have called the store 50× and nobody will answer. Guess we will see what happens when they get here. Wait times are ALWAYS ridiculous with this place!
