I got the pink eye and went to the hospital and called my GM cell phone he didn't answer so when I came back and gave him my paperwork from the hospital he said it doesn't matter I no longer have a job never had any write up or anything but I feel it's very unprofessional and I'm not from here I'm from Detroit Michigan and I would not recommend stopping here to eat unpleasant atmosphere.

My pizzas did not go into the oven until I was at the restaurant for 20 minutes. My order was lost, and no one was helping me. I had to ask for the manager to get help. I received my pizzas 30 minutes after the time that the board stated that they were ready.

We were told to sit anywhere and not shown to a table after waiting by the wait to be seated sign for about 10 minutes. There was plenty of seating as there was only one table taken so I'm not sure what was taking so long to seat us. The restrooms were very dirty and staff acted like they were just hanging out with friends when I let them know that they needed attention. Server took about 10 minutes to get to our table to even ask for our drink order. Took another 10 minutes to come back with drinks all while tucking one of our cups in close to their armpit then left before we could order. Finally came back after about 10 more minutes to take our order. We repeated order twice before he left to put our order in. Brought our first pizza out without anything to serve it with or plates to eat on. Had to ask for both to be brought out. Brought second pizza out and proceeded to also hand me my plates that he had tucked up under his armpit. Then never came back to check on us. Had to go to the front to talk to them because both pizzas were wrong. Asked for a super supreme didn't get half the ingredients on the pizza. The other was supposed to be Alfredo and chicken got a buffalo chicken pizza instead. Supposed manager, who was also our server, didn't know how to fix the problem and still tried to charge me for the pizzas because my son took a bite out of his before he realized it wasn't the right pizza. Ended up paying $16 for our 5 drinks and left. Will not be back ever again. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I’ve had nothing, but good experiences here. The one time there was an issue, they fixed it. Today we went and it was such a wonderful experience. The waitress was so nice, had the best attitude and kept our drinks full. We ate Buffett and I asked about the pizza and they made a pizza to accommodate our needs (I didn’t even ask them to, I just asked what type of meat was on the buffet and mentioned we don’t eat pork and they immediately made a pizza for us). As we were finishing up, a fresh pizza made to accommodate our preference was placed on the buffet. That may seem small to some, but was huge in my eyes. The manager was so nice and everyone there was a joy. I will go more often just because of the wonderful environment. Thank y’all!

I would never eat here, the building has signs of mold in it, the manager claimed to have covid recently and they do not wear gloves when making the pizzas. Watched them put their hands on about 8 pizzas one day.
Clean and friendly service. Food was just okay. Seems that cheese prices must have went up and less is being used. But it was just okay. My wife didn't care for it. So we probably won't be going back.

I was employed as a server for one week. Then I walked out.The absolute filth I encountered in the bathrooms, dining room and kitchen were nothing short of appalling. In the back of the restaurant there is a light fixture that is loose and falling from the hole in the roof. During the rain water came in through the hole ran down the lit florescent fixture and into a trash can. This is an extreme hazard not to mention a health code violation.The sink provided for hand washing has built up grease, dirt and soap scum in and on all it's surfaces. Also I personally killed roaches in the dining room and bathrooms.In closing this restaurant is unsanitary. It also failed it last health inspection. Find another restaurant don't feed your family here.

I giving one star for this particular day because I spent $35 dollars for burned food. I went into Pizza Hut on Plant Ave. Waycross Ga. to pick up an online order that stated it was ready but when I go to pick it up from the restaurant it wasn't ready and ended waiting another 30 mins for my order. The reason for this post is the 2 pics accompanying this review. The pizza had dark burned spots on it but it was eatable and my son devoured it so it was alright. As I said the pizza was eatable but the cookie was given to me this way and I was upset because the chocolate cookie is a fave of mine and this is not the first time I have received a burnt cookie from them. I have been going to this PH for years and will still patronize this restaurant beside the people that work there are nice but I just wanted it to be known that giving paying customers burned food is not acceptable.

I ordered cheesy bacon bread sticks and they sent regular bread sticks and would not exchange them or do anything about it. So I told them I would not order anything else from them and would post it on social media. Service was very bad and manager was rude
