Can't go wrong with a pizza buffet. Has a decent salad bar and even pasta. Pizza selection changes and you can request a pizza to go on the buffet. Many are good, some are ok, and some are down right fantastic. The Cheeseburger Pizza is incredible. Also don't forget desert with several desert pizzas and cinnamon rolls.
First, the price is a bit deceiving. My son and I went recently with the expectation of paying $16 for the buffet. We were charged over $22. Apparently the $8 only applies if you have water to drink next time I'll know better. The buffet depleted for the most part, empty pizza pans while others had but a few slices left and had been sitting under the heat lamps for what seemed to be quite a while. They have the potential to be a wonderful place to eat. They're very slow at getting the pizzas out, so by the time they're ready to eat most of the people are gone. People are coming in at lunch and they do not have time to sit and wait.
Need to make 1/2 as many sweet rolls at a time so you can put them out hot and fresh; no one wants a cold hard sweet roll.
Need to get your timing improved for when the people are there.
