Food was hot and fresh and everyone seem to be in good spirits me and my rider got the 6 dollar box and it was good cashier he was pleasant on this day we went

The food is great and the people are nice. But it's cold enough in here to butcher hogs! Freezing trying to eat.

So first the person doing the drive through spoke so quietly you could barely hear her , then after ordering we had to wait which okay fine they’re somewhat busy but they got the order wrong ! They forgot my sides and my husbands sauce ! So he went into get the rest the cashier had a major attitude ! The food tasted alright but the tenders were super tiny not worth the ridiculous price ! Will not be back to this location!

They will accept mobile orders until 10 PM, but won’t cook it if it’s after 9 PM. Claim their fryers automatically turn off before closing.

Oct 3, 25 at 7:30 stopped in to grab food on the way through to valdosta and my wife walked in on the manager in the bathroom bathroom smoking WEED! Waited for ever for our food. Maybe they stop smoking weed in the bathroom they might be able to do their job. Horrible service will never stop there again. Should fire the entire staff. Do care to smell skunk piss when i walk into an eating establishment

I won't forget the individuals who helped us traveling from Maine that worked here. Over the call of duty to help someone in need. My daughter and I. Then to offer us refugee until my family came. They did more than the police. And few checked in on us during an incident that occured there. God bless them!

While waiting we got to enjoy our first meal to GA. My daughter been wanting to try it and loves chicken 🍗 the Mac n cheese and biscuits too 🤤

Nice cashier helped a homeless white american. Who looked uncared for suffering from heat exhaustion. In this terrible Trump era we live in it was nice of her to show empathy and compassion. Show i give her a blessing before i left the store. KUDOS

The worst customer service, I ordered in the app for pickup, I only got partial order & had to go back to get the wings & they put the ghost pepper 🌶 seasoning on the wings, so I had to go back in the store to get garlic parmesan that wings I ordered. Terrible experience all around... the original sandwiches & fries were cold by the time I got home to actually eat. Not one person cared, apologized & even the manager was rude and nasty like it was my fault they got the order wrong TWICE & said she had nothing to do with my food getting cold- I will never order from that Popeyes EVER again. Always have to wait on chicken and business not even busy, Manger named tab disrespectful as hell and loud and cashiers have nasty attitude like they don't wanna either be there or don't wanna take your order. One thing about it my money do spend and another restaurant will treat me better and that's where I'll spend my money and they ain't never have any ice. Ice machine has been broken for awhile now. It's too hot for this fooliness. Popeyes do better

Very slow at taking my order I’m the only car here and it’s takes 30 min to put to gather 4pc meal 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a 1pc kids meal shits crazy

Went by there today. Lady said welcome to Waycross Popeyes what would you like to order. Another lady came on and said...we ain't open for another 45 minutes... It was 3:40 pm. They don't want to serve, ok. I will not ever go by there again.
