Date of visit:8/24. Sunday 5pm.2 employees. This was probably the worst Starbucks visit I've ever had. This particular Starbucks is located inside Kroger. I frequent this grocery store a few times a month. I don't always indulge in a starbucks drink. But today I wanted something different and I had ordered a cherry thai tea earlier this year. After standing in front of the counter a few minutes and not being acknowledged, I finally walked up and said hello. I showed her a picture of the drink I had before and asked if they still had it. She said no we have nothing cherry. I said okay anything similar to that? She said maybe strawberry. And she asked the other employee about it. I told her I did not like strawberry.And what else were my options. They both just repeated strawberry. I said OK, I'm not real familiar with your menu, what can you recommend for the Chi flavoring, pretty much blank faces so I said, how would Carmel be in it, and he said you could put anything in it! I said fine.I will take the smallest size and even asked if the price was 5.45, the cashier said yes. Then told me my total was 6.75. The extra charge was .80 to add the caramel! I was over it. She was new and couldn't answer any questions. He was low speaking and short on answers, with a slight attitude. I spoke to the customer service employee and she informed me that the cashier was new and that the barista didn't speak much. Def not worth my $

Stopped here on my way back to Jacksonville and had such a pleasant experience. I ordered my usual drink along with a croissant, and everything was prepared just right. The staff was very kind, helpful, and welcoming, which made the quick stop even better.
It was the perfect little break before continuing my drive, great service and a delicious order. Definitely a Starbucks I’d be happy to stop by again.

I usually get iced shaken espresso, its the best coffee drink i've ever had. I got my friend a regular iced coffee because he doesn't like it as strong as i do. Well the iced coffee tastes like it is so burned / so strong that I cant even drink it myself, as someone who likes it strong. Disgusting toxic waste is what it tastes like. Don't get the regular iced coffee.

The new Summer Lemonade And The Summer Skies Refresher are very delightful! And Cakepops are very delicious! Maybe a little bit overpriced!...But it's worth it!
Went in to have coffee with a friend. Had a Gouda bacon sandwich it was delicious. Coffee was amazing and the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. We used the WiFi to do some work and had good connection!
