Went there yesterday and their time this has happened in the same location. At 5 pm they tell me they ran out of bread. Your a sandwich shop how you run out of bread and don’t you make your own bread there. Never again this is why restaurants fail in Waycross incredible

Ordered 2 subs at 12:15 to be picked up at 1:30. When I got there I was informed very rudely that the subs were not made because they didn’t have any meatballs cheese and pepper. When I said I ordered over an hour ago, the server said he was too busy to notify me, as the store manager walked out the door.

Probably the worst workers ever like genuinely they get paid to do nothing and complain I’ve never seen worse there’s one guy there who is good other than him they all are lazy I’ve been in there like 6 separate times in the recent months and it’s been trash almost every single time I can’t believe they hire people to just stand there and look at you and make excuses on why they aren’t able to there job at the moment , what’s the point of clocking in if you’re just gonna sit behind the register or sit in the back room while blatantly ignoring people. And it’s not like I went in there rude any of the times because I understand that these reviews often don’t tell the whole story anyways all the times I went into subway I was chill and respectful and the workers act like you are a villain for having them do there job. I still like the food the service is just insanely trash

Single worker closed down the store with 4 people in line at 6pm. He stated he had been the only person there since opening at 10 this morning and was visibly frustrated. But in the end this did mean he worked an 8hr shift….poor little fella. He then cussed about the owner and said that she never does anything and this is all her fault. Idk who “she” is, but corporate would do good to take her franchise from her as she obviously doesn’t know what she’s doing.

My fiancé and I went in to make order our subs. We had quite a list of subs, but the man and woman that were working on 4/29 (didn’t get their names) were so wonderful with helping us with our order. They made us laugh and were overall amazing! Great environment and made our subs with love that’s for sure! Thank you for brightening up our days!

Waited behind 5 other people in line for almost 30 min and they ran out of bread. How tf does that even happen? Thats the one thing they need in order to do literally any business besides a salad or pita and who tf even buys those? How has this store not been shut down yet?

The guy that closed the night b4 christmas eve was very kind and very professional. We came in 5 minutes b4 closing, and he stayed later to help us get our food. I wish I could have gotten his name cause he was extremely kind and professional. If he isn't a supervisor, he definitely needs to be promoted.

I ordered a pizza sub, which consists of pepperonis, cheese, and sauce. I bit into it and it tasted like just bread. I opened it to find 3 pepperonis, very little cheese, and ZERO sauce. When we order at night, that shift always gives 9 pepperoni pieces, good amount of cheese and sauce. If you consider going make sure it’s at night.

An untrained employee handled my sandwich without changing gloves after talking on the phone. This location has also for YEARS consistently been out of ingredients and fountain drinks. Instead of coca cola you will be met with only carbonated water. The owner is so cheap and lazy to the point that I received my sandwich in a plastic Kroger grocery bag. I will not return to this establishment especially with current predatory prices.
