I know this review probably isn't going to mean a whole lot because Waycross's Zaxbys stays so busy...but I've had too many bad experiences here to continue going. About 1 out of every 3 times getting food here orders are input incorrectly even though the repeat what you say...they don't have a digital display so you can't validate what they put on the ticket when going through drive through. It is always the items that are 'made to order' that are 'subbed' out too. They completely and fully fill the drinks with ice prior to putting whatever you're drinking in. The tea always has a sour taste so I reckon that is actually a semi good thing if you order tea. I tried their milkshakes right after they started offering those and it was so sour I just dumped the whole thing after a sip. Idk...reckon I had my last order from this location tonight.

the portions have gotten smaller, the fries never have seasoning
consider your self lucky if you get a decent portion of fries, you barely get a hand full. Im just disappointed with the food.
Long wait time but food was fresh and hot.
Parking: Hard to exit parking area if you park in front of the building due to the drive through line.

Zaxbys in Waycross never gets my order right. EVER!!! Every single time we go thru the drive thru and come home, our order is wrong! I hate Zaxbys

I'm a regular eater at Zaxbys in waycross. Their quality of food has downgraded significantly. The prices are too high for low quality meals. Just this past Wednesday, I ordered two plates, payed 30 dollars, and ended up with super dry wings, dry fries, and cold toast. Mind you, it was my last bit of money so as a big back you can imagine my pain. I even paid extra for extra seasoning and got the most plain tasting fries on planet earth. I still ate it, considering I spent that much money, probably won't be ordering from here any time soon anymore though. They are hit or miss so eat at your own discretion.
