Stopped for lunch when working in Ware County. I had the chicken & steak hibachi, steamed rice instead of the noodles, which it comes with. They were very accommodating. The meal was fantastic! Both meats were perfectly cooked and not dry. Plenty of flavorful veggies, carrots, broccoli, zucchini, onion and mushroom. Could not say enough great things about the Fancy Q. I'm sure dinner is just as wonderful!
Have ordered takeout multiple times and each time has been very good.
The service was fine for the most part but my main critique is the food. The Eddie's special roll appetizer came out later than expected and was not nearly to the standard as the Brunswick location or st Simon’s location and I could say the same for the food it’s just below standard compared to the other two locations I’ve eaten at

This place is amazing. Me and my family are regulars here and we love it. The sushi, Hibachi, and Teriyaki Chicken are amazing. The staff is super kind and food comes out really quick. Wouldn’t recommend using the bathrooms there though. They’re kinda on the low end. All around an amazing place.

Great sushi place.
Outside is lacking but once your inside it's great, our waitress was very friendly and the food was very good.
Definitely call this place a hidden gem.

Stopped in on our way home from Jacksonville at the fancy q sushi bar we got the Alaskan roll the dynamite roll and the double shrimp roll and it was fantastic will stop here again. And the Eddie's special I think was deep fried crab roll was free on the house

The filet mignon was perfection! And so was the noodles and the sea weed salad! Fancy Q is a hidden gem of a restaurant in waycross!
