Ordered the trio bbq pizza dough was soggy
Not enough meat on pizza they put way to much bbq sauce on pizza was very disappointing 36 dollar order was nasty DOMINO'S IS BETTER

Very disappointing! We were the only customers in the restaurant and it took well over 30 minutes to get our order. We probably would not have gotten it then if my husband had not went to the counter to see if we could get our salad. We found out then that the food had been sitting on the counter for pick up apparently. Our Greek salad was more like a grilled chicken salad. The food was subpar at best. The entire time we were there we had the “pleasure” of listening to the kitchen staff talk very loudly on his phone. Also, being charged extra for using a debit card doesn’t sit well. It shouldn’t fall on me to pay your card charges from the service you chose. Sad because it was nice to have something different occasionally, but we won’t be back.

I had friends show up for my birthday and we decided to order pizza @ 6:30. We were told that the $150 order would arrive between 7:30 and 7:40. When the pizza had not arrived at 8:20 I called and they told me that they got a lot of orders but my pizza was coming out of the oven and they driver was there and ready to deliver it. I asked them why they didnt call and he apologized. We live about 15 minutes from the store. It was not delivered until 9:00 pm. To apologize for the late delivery they gave us a 2 liter of coke. Clearly our order was not important to them. If they had called and told us that delivery was an issue we would have sent someone to go pick it up. I am very disappointed to feed my friends and family at 9:00 pm. Everyone was cranky and hungry. I will never ask them to deliver again. Either they forgot about my order or just didn't care. Either way they have lost me as a customer.

A little inconsistent but overall good pizza

I ordered online through Door Dash and the pizza was wrong and they also forgot my breadsticks. I contacted the manager and his comment was , “my bad” about the pizza being wrong , and he said more than likely the door dasher took my breadsticks, as it has happened multiple times lately! WTH?!! If this is the case , why are you still using door dash to deliver your orders when you say you have your own delivery drivers if you call the order in rather than place the order online??!! Also, I expected more from the manager than , “my bad” as a careless comment to my complaint. All I can say is this is a display of terrible management and customer service!

HORRIBLE! I waited 55minutes for 20 wings that said they would be ready in 15min. Ordered at 5:30pm, not even rush hour. Owner was sitting there on his butt while 2 other employees scrolled tik tok. Do not buy from this franchise. Oh yeah, wings were cold

My friends and I have had a routine of getting a couple of pizzas the day before the UGA games this year. Somehow, I guess with the terrorist attack in New Orleans we completely forgot. I called just before halftime to order an empty box to be delivered. The girl on the phone thought I was joking but still completed the order and the delivery driver knew who we were. Zoner’s is AWESOME and we will continue to support them and everyone else in town should too. Go Dawgs even though the outcome tonight wasn’t what we wanted!

We had Zoners for the first time about a month ago and let me say, it was outstanding! So so good! We ordered the Buffalo Chicken Pizza and it was served hot and fresh, it even survived the 30min ride home. Full of flavor and a great crust. We will definitely be repeat customers!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
