The light bulbs just hanging were very bright. Was extremely aggravating. I told the waitress that whatever I got, I wanted a salad with it, with extra ranch dressing. She asked us our drink order, so I asked if she had coke zero. When she brought it, it was diet coke. Trust me when I say, I know the difference! She kept telling me it was coke zero. She came back to take our order. I got the fish with fries and coleslaw. She asked if I wanted the salad too. I told her yes with extra dressing. My husband ordered chicken fingers with fries and coleslaw. I kept waiting for her to bring my salad. Finally it came out along with our order, with one very small cup of dressing. Should have been brought out before the food. We both agreed that the fries with very heavy seasoning and the coleslaw were both terrible! The fish I got had a very heavy batter with a lot of awful seasoning. Hush puppies were frozen ones that tasted bad. I asked my Husband if his chicken fingers were good. He said they were okay. They looked overcooked to me. He didn’t like the honey mustard at all. The ketchup was a brand that I had never heard of. We both agreed it was terrible.On the way back to the van, we both said we would never be back again.

Everyone was great! The owner was there and was super nice. He wanted us to try a new sauce and gave my fat friend Nick a wing right off his plate. Will definitely come back.

Went for lunch with my friend and we each ordered the express 6 wing with fries combo with drinks. She also ordered a side or queso. It didn't take long for our food to come out. Maybe 10-15 minutes. Our food arrived before our drinks and when we asked about our drinks the waitress literally told us She forgot. Granted the place was not busy at all. We etc one of 3 tables and the others had been there for a while because they had food when we walked in. So forgot drinks.... Well my friend looked at her queso and you could literally see the cheese was grainy and separating. Like the oil from the cheese was puddled. It looked old or reheated for sure. She asked the waitress and she came back with more From the same pit saying it must of just been the stuff on top. Well the second container was Still the same. Just less in the cup and stirred better. She took a bite out Of it and it was a no. Well tickets come eventually. At this time She is over it. Our drinks hadn't been refilled. And her ticket was all over the place. They told Her and I that wings do not Come with a dipping sauce and had charged her for it. But did not charge me. Well another lady came over to try to fix Things. Told us it's only charged with extra. Well she hadn't gotten an extra. Just the one ranch. That lady comped my friends ticket saying we want you to come back so we will fix this. This was after they saw us take pictures of the food. Overall was not a great experience. Especially if the place is going to charge an extra fee for you to eat inside the restaurant.
Sad and poor excuse of a restaurant! The food was lacking taste, much like the service. There was a hair found in our food and when approaching the staff they acted as though this no big deal, almost like it happens a lot there. The service was slow, atmosphere was lacking just as much as the food and service. We also spotted a few roaches crawling around inside the place. The tea tasted as though it was made over a month ago, and then there were also placed inside that looked like mold. I mean really, how can anyone believe this is a place that an owner sincerely cares about his business or the health of his customers. We will not be back, not ever. Would not even allow my dog to eat here. How can the health department even pass or have this place operating in business?

What kind of beer pour is this? Plastic cup? Won’t be back. (No this wasn’t a sample.)Response: Ah I guess because I only spent $2 on what used to be $1 and served in a glass the owner thinks my money isn’t worth his time. Instead of apologizing there was no concern. So think about that next time you plan spending money at this establishment.

Day/Bar waiter picks up phone and acts like he doesn’t hear you(when you’re trying to place order). He did this repeatedly. Front desk worker or Manager “Marlene” lacks “Customer Service!”
Fantastic food. Best kettle chips I've had in a long time. Our waitress was the best. Will come back often. Already sent famil members their way.
