This location is tucked away but, in my opinion, offers way better customer service than the one in Valley. They didn't have entitled attitudes and didn't push tipping on us. The store was clean, and food actually looked fresh. Ladies had very upbeat positive attitudes.

This Smiths Station Subway is much better than the others nearby.
The ladies were highly unprofessional. I was so taken aback that I didn’t even finish my order and in turn left the establishment. Even worse, when I got my sandwich they just had a huge amount of Mayo on my sandwich when I hadn’t even asked for extra to the point where my sandwich was soggy .Y’all there are more subways near by so don’t go here.

Took a take away and it was very fast. The staff even changed their gloves, knives, etc to serve me veggie sandwich.
Vegetarian options: Staff has taken extra care to serve vegetarian options. They even changed gloves, knifes..etc and washed hands thoroughly before serving me veggie sandwich
