Well, I don't like writing bad reviews. I try to always be half full. However, they let me down. I asked to a 33 (sweet onion chicken thing) and as the person was prepping a sandwich, I thought she was making a call-in or online or app order and she was asking questions about my meal, the wrong one.To shorten all this down... I got the wrong sandwich and the wrong size and had to pay the extra price for the wrong sandwich and the wrong size.It's like this.... if I, the employee, mess up, the consumer/customer does not pay for my mistakes. So, I won't be going back to this location.

Never thought I'd be leaving a review for a Subway but this one stuck out from the rest. For the small town in Whitesburg, this location has really great sandwiches and service. Ms. Brenda even asked us how our sandwiches were after when ate them.

I have not had subway in awhile. Sandwich was good but price for 6" was a little pricey. Great customer service and everything looked fresh and clean.
This is the second time I've had a bad meatball sub from this subway...This time it was the bottom of the bucket, they were burned& overcooked.Last time, the meatballs were cold, no one turned them on to heat them up...They offered to make me another sandwich but I'm always in a hurry...The staff is always friendly, & courteous.
