Food, service and staff are great.We own a wedding venue within walking distance of this location. We had a bride and groom that wanted 30 pizzas for their wedding. Knowing this had to be difficult on a Saturday, thos location made it happen for clients. Thank you

I did a pre order ahead of time at 530. I understand yall are busy and I just asked how long it will take for her to make my food because it was pre order she got really mad and started to have a attitude with me about the food and asking such a simple question. If you can’t answer a simple question with out getting mad don’t work the customer service industry l. I am here now and standing here at 7:28. I think it would be a simple question to answer.

The one lady is rude. I think shes tge manager. Saw her having a cuss fight with two customers. Very unprofessional. All he did was as how long it would be after he had already waited 45 minutes. Consistently over an hour wait. Sometimes almost two hours. If you ask how much longer the manager (Alicia) will get mad and start cussing you. I've never seen a more unprofessional employee in any restaurant and I've traveled the entire country.

This location deserves zero stars. Do not place an online or in call in order, all DoorDash orders take priority no matter time you placed your order. Manager is an absolute problem with a serious attitude. I paid an online order at 6:42pm for 2 one topping pizzas. The tracker said pick up between 7:19pm and 7:29pm. I arrived at 7:34pm where I was told it would be another 30 or so minutes. I asked to cancel my order and was told that the refund would take 7-10 business days and I would have to wait until the manager was finished before it could be done. It is now 8:33pm and I just got my 2 one topping pizzas all while the manager was making slurs and other remarks aloud. I will never return this location(this is somewhere we order from often), not a single employee had on gloves - handling all food and toppings with bare hands.

Your cashier was very rude and hateful to me because I have a speech problem and couldn't say the name I was picking up for door dash. She refused to read the name of of my phone. When my wife went in to get. The order she told her that maybe she just needed to do her own job since I can't speak. Very disappointed as we do business here a lot for door dash. I called to speak with manager and they put me on hold and never came back to the phone
