Rude as they come, tends to close 30 to 40 mins before the listed closing time. The management is unqualified for their positions and quite condescending and racist to both customersandtheirown staff. No extras were ordered yet of 4 subs each were charged for extra everything on each and the food was more disgusting than the staff and many of the resuraunts staff. Used to be a great location but the last month has gone downhill at an alarming rate. Prices are not charged as listed on menu. What once was clean has become the filthiest, dead bug litter windows sills and floors.

Kids playing in backroom. Loud rap music. They close early all the time. Their trash flying around outside next to their restaurant.

Lady with tattoos is great and very chill, other workers are very lazy likes to close the store very early for no reason at all. It’s says close at 9 but they close around 5 or 6. Be for real.

The person that was waiting on myself an my friend was rude and hateful.She had a prune face.The food was good and the store was clean. The drink dispenser was out of Diet Dr Peppers.

Went there for first time tonight and got a salad-it was Delicious! The store was very nice and clean and the (2 young guys) customer service was Great!!! Will definitely be back!!!

Wish I could give this location 0 stars! Customer Service here is non-existent. This location is set as my default location on the mobile app and I forgot to change it before I submitted my order. As soon as I realized my mistake, which was immediately after I submitted it, I tried to call to let them know not to make it. It rang and rang and went to voicemail. I tried an additional 6 times over the span of 10 minutes, still no answer. At this point, I had to go back to work and figured I would try again later since they were clearly too busy to answer the phone. I called an hour later and someone named RJ answered and was extremely rude. I’ve never been treated like that anywhere. When I explained the situation to her, her response was “so you’re expecting ME to cancel YOUR order, after it’s already been made, because of YOUR mistake, which will cause ME to lose money???” I couldn’t believe the audacity. So of course when I point out the fact I tried to call 6 times, she claimed she had been there since 6 AM and the phone had not rang, which was a complete lie. I called the same number every time, so she’s either hard of hearing, or lazy! You need some new staff, or some retraining in customer service. I know I won’t be back to that location!

So I have came to this location for lunch several times. I order a protein bowl, I order this 4 to 5 times a week. The gentleman that fixed it has fixed it in the past. The manager when I question why it was half the normal amount states that just the way it is. They were out of forks as well very disappointed.

Terrible experience. I left with out even getting a sandwich. Two young girls working. Very very rude. Unclean hands dealing with food. Left to answer the phone while in the middle of making my sandwich. She stood there scratching her arms and hair with the same gloves she was making my sandwich with. Didn’t even excuse herself to answer. the phone. Just walked away in the middle of me speaking with her. They were both cussing while making the orders in line in front of me. No regard to customer service at all. Won’t be going back again.

I love my 2 ladies at Subway they are rockstars!! Coco helped me today she knows me and what I get always has a smile for me!!! Food is always so fresh and delicious!!!

I walked up and told the girl I wanted a dozen cookies. I’ve always paid Around 6 dollars for them. She gives me some of the wrong cookies and then tells me my total was 16.56. I told her it’s usually 6$. She looks down and repeats the number. Great staff.

It was clean. But, one employee walked out to talk to friends while their were customers in line to get waited. All the customers were patient. The guy who was serving the customers did an excellent job. He finally had to go get the employee to come back inside.The young man handled this very well...
