Disappointing with the food and service. The wings were so overdone and came out without any sauce, they weren’t edible. The waitress knew but just said sorry… ordered tea with no lemon, we got lemon… ordered blue cheese, got ranch…paid without complaint and left. Will not return.

$45 for two 10 pc wing meals ???!! lacking in flavor and have a very small amount of fry’s i also ordered fried pickles and didn’t get those they didn’t give me any sauce i ordered or napkins ( i had a pick up order )

Pimento cheese burger and sweet potato fries were awesome.
Took over one hour to be served not only us several other people. People started to leave from other tables. We even left . We did paid for our drinks.

Our server, Adrian, was great. She took our order by memory and when we finally got it, it was perfect. The issue was that it took two hours to get it. It turns out that the kitchen was very slow. Adrian kept trying to get our food but the kitchen wasn’t getting it. One problem I noticed was that the kitchen staff didn’t speak English for the most part which slowed everything down. We weren’t the only ones with the same problems, we saw at least two tables get up and walk out.
The last time I was here on a Sunday there were issues but not as bad as today. I hope the owners do something about this terrible kitchen staff. My family and I won’t return on a Sunday.

I came in 3 weeks ago and enjoyed it so much I came back two weeks later on a trip!! The food is phenomenal and the vibe of this place is amazing!! The food is delicious and the staff are friendly and quick!! If you're looking for a Cafe they serves delicious food, look no further!! Blackbird is a wonderful Cafe and I look forward to returning!
