The chicken tenders were old rubbery and cold. And the biscuits were overcooked and you can tell they were deep fried and they smell like fried grease. They swear they don't fry their biscuits , but I know the difference. Paid $52 for 16 tender family meal in the pouring down rain with 3 kids.And the only thing they tell me is to bring the food back and then they'll replace it , but not give me my money back. My kids only want to eat n My kids don't even want to eat the chicken or the biscuits now , so why am I gonna waste my time to go get them replaced.

Terrible customer service. I purchased food but couldn’t get an ice in a baby cup for my child without attitude and paying. I said I can take one but not both! Trash place with trash attitude. I wanted to speak to a manager but she didn’t want to come to the front to talk. Staff said she was “frying chicken.” Need a new manager! Wish I could give a lower rating.

I went to KFC and Place my order at drive through and said I was using a coupon. When I get to the window, the employee ask for the coupon, then tell me that coupon was not in their system. I’m like why. She said it’s just not in our system. Now I use KFC coupons all the time. That’s why I don’t go to Wrens KFC. They need to do better.

Tried to order all dark meat at the drive thru (we do it at EVERY other KFC) and was told they can’t split the chicken like that. So, we ordered a regular 12 piece for our family. We get to the window just to be told it would be split between original and crispy with a smirk on her face….when asked why, she said “oh we’re out of chicken”.
Don’t argue with a customer then lie because you don’t want to serve them. Do better.

We were unsure whether we wanted Taco Bell or chicken, but the chicken was very crisp and hot and the fries were too so we decided to go with chicken. We enjoyed our food and the place was very clean. The manager was very nice and let me take a service dog inthank you manager.

We’ve been during the day and had great service! We pulled up tonight at 9:30pm and they told us they were closed even though there hours said they were open till 10:00pm… when I said they were supposed to be open till 10:00pm the only answer I got was “no, we’re closed”. Lights were on and employees were still there so….. one star.

No free waters. A cup of water is the same price as a regular soda? Cashier said no courtesy drinks. This is after we paid for 8 people to eat. And there’s no toilet paper in their bathroom either. Guess that’s a courtesy too.

By far the worst KFC I have ever visited. The chicken was OVER COOKED to the point where it was not eatable. Do not visit this place. I can assure you will be disappointed. I wouldn't feed this to farm animals. It is just that horrible.
