During a trip from Macon back to Augusta, we made the mistake to stop there and grab a quick lunch. We made the first mistake of using the restrooms, first. No soap, no towels, the electric hand dryer didn’t work, and no hot water in the sink to wash your hands. What water that did exist came from a sink fixture that was loose and a slow trickle of cold water.
What made it even worse was the caveman pooping in the stall as I was finishing my business, didn’t flush, and followed me out without washing his hands.
No. I didn’t stand behind Mr. Stinky in line to order ANYTHING, and sure wasn’t going to order anything if that was the condition of the restroom where the employees washed their hands.

It took almost 30 minutes to get one double burger and ten nuggets. They had NO CHANGE and asked people to forfeit their change. There were 8-9 people in the kitchen seemingly turning around in circles.. It took 10 minutes for someone to come over to the register to take orders Customers were quite disgruntled!! The drive through line was extended all the way to the highway. They were too slow and inefficient. They also handed customers drink cups with their fingers inside the cup . you had to ask for a lid. This was at 1:20 pm 11-30-24. WORST McDonals’s EVER!!

I've been here now four times. Each time my order has been either lost or not done right. The lobby is nasty as are the bathrooms. I will say Honestly though I do not believe the bathrooms are owned by the McDonald's I think they are owned by the gas station

I hated my experience here! I asked for extra mayo and had less then then normal amount on old McChickens not well done fresh ones. The fries were piping hot but left in a little too long... They probably RE-DROPPED THEM SMH

Tried the new Chicken Big Mac, not very good. Too much of that thousand island sauce on it. Very messy. I placed my order on screen it added up my totals and I paid with a card. Then when order came I was missing several items. Had to wait in line again to find out that they were out of those items. Why couldn't they tell me when they brought out order? Were they hoping that I wouldn't notice? They were busy and having same problem with other customers. It seemed like they could use some more guidance.

Woman who served me was inattentive. Almost dropped the entire tray because she wasn’t paying attention, she was absorbed in a phone conversation. I had to return the fries, they were cold and stale. Bit into my quarter pounder, I had requested no pickle. There was a lot of pickle. Got manager. He made it right. Fresh no pickle quarter pounder and fresh fries. Should McDonald’s really employee people who choose not to read printed instructions?
This place is disgusting and the workers are rude. They should all be retrained and learn how to speak to customers!!! Oh and my bagel was hard as a rock this morning!!! Never again will I stop here!!!
