The never get orders right. Ever! They take advantage of the fact that this is this only McDonald's in Thomasville so we have to put up with their rudeness and unprofessionalism. And they don't give out receipts so we can't call corporate.

Placed mobile order at 10:41pm and pulled up to drive thru window was told if we had any burgers on our order they couldn’t make our order due to the grills have already been cleaned for the night but yet they are still open until midnight. Very disappointed in how the managers handled issue when there were plenty of workers standing around that could have jumped on the grill if they were short staffed.

Why people feel that it's ok to have their fingers touching my fries instead of wearing gloves I'm not sure but I hate it a for that specifically I rate my visit a 2. I ignored the fact that I watched a person literally throw my fries in the bag as well.Parking: Park at a grocery store and get your food from a grocery store if you care about how your cooked food is handled.
