I came to the subway for the very first time when I came in one employee was making sandwiches the other employee was dealing with her family business I stood there for several minutes waiting to get my sandwich made then she came back started making my sandwich and decided to jump into another customer touching the computer screen with her clothes on and sticking it into the food which contaminated it right in front of me and I end up having to walk out 20 minutes later without even be able to get a sandwich thanks again Subway

The customer service is great! I love coming here when I’m traveling back and forth from Augusta. The people are always nice and speak to you as soon as you come in. However, the last two or three times I’ve gotten the meatball sub, the meatballs have been entirely burnt. It’s quite disappointing as you can’t eat them, you just kinda get a marinara sandwich. I don’t notice until I’m about 5 or 10 minutes down the road and start eating, which is even more frustrating.

Food is 95% on point, however you are asked “what else “ after each ingredient is applied as if they don’t know the basic ingredients of the sandwich. Really not that friendly either, and why are they still wearing masks?? Covid is over , it just muffles your already mumbling voices. I’m not being rude here just outlining my experience at this location in Wrens Ga.
