DO NOT EAT HERE. The food tastes terrible, and you will wait 20 minutes before you can get it. The employees need a lesson in customer service. It would probably be best if this Taco Bell would just hire a new crew.

Refused to acknowledge I was at the speaker box after I had attempted to get someone to help me for 5 minutes. I pulled up to the window and was meet with a nasty attitude telling me before I could finish my sentence that they would not take my order and that they were really busy. When there was only 1 person ahead of me. They refused to take my order at the window. There was only 1 car, a black suv, behind me when I pulled to the window. A red truck pulled up and placed an order while I was talking with the young woman at the front. I was told by Xavier Brown, the manager on duty, that they would not take my order. That it just was not the way they did things. I pointed out they could take my order and ask me to pull up still refused to take my order. I asked for the corporate information of the restaurant & was refused that information & was told I could google it. This restaurant does not allow customers inside to place orders & only has 1 drive through window.

I give this restaurant 0 stars! On 8/21/24 at 9:20 pm, not one customer in the restaurant and only me and my grandson in the drive thru. We ordered supreme tacos. They were not. I honked my horn to get the lady's attention. She slammed open the glass door and said, "Is there a problem?" I told her our order was not correct. She started yelling and cursing at me. I asked to speak to the manager. We sat there for 5 minutes before anyone came back to the window. She came back with 2 tacos. One soft and one hard. They both were smashed. I'm like, are you serious! She continued to curse, scream, and yell in front of my grandson. As I was driving off, she ran out of the restaurant, still screaming and cursing. Needless to say, we did not eat the food. She probably spit on it. This was the most disrespectful service I have ever encountered. I did take pictures of the food and started video tapping her. I called the manager the next day. 3 days in and yet to hear back from anyone. I want a complete refund and will never visit this restaurant again. This was appalling behavior, not to mention in front of a child. Not to mention, the manager refused to give me the owner's and upper management name or phone number. This Toco Bell is horrible!

They told me they could not keep themselves from putting beef on an item; I confirmed that they made all the Taco Bell items in the store, and they confirmed this. In other words, they make the items in store, with their own hands, but they cannot stop those hands from adding seasoned beef to the items that traditionally come with seasoned beef on it. Obviously, this is either a complete failure on the part of the one who trained these employees, or an overcoming of slothfulness on the part of all the employees present. The first requires the removal of the trainer and the retraining of all the employees, and the second requires to removal of all current employees and the hiring of better quality employees. In both of these situations, the manager should be fired, as they cannot see to the proper operations of this establishment.
Furthermore, my wife informed me that the women's restroom smelled like cigarettes.
Finally, the cheesy roll-ups were not cooked to the point of the cheese melting, and the black beans were dry and crusty.
Overall, this is a store that has completely failed to abide by the standards of the corporation they are representing.
Vegetarian options: They refused to accommodate vegetarian requests on their items.

Store is located in wrens Georgia. It is a taco bell and Kentucky fried chicken combination in the same building. It chose to have taco bell products and received good food and service. I visited on memorial day so they were definitely not busy.
Kid-friendliness: All persons welcomed. children must be on a leash.
Wheelchair accessibility: Have Ramp and handicapped parking.

If I could give no stars I would. The service is awful and the food is almost never right. If you go to the kfc side the chicken is always cold or hard. Idk who is over management of the fast food restaurants in wrens but they suck!!!

Came here several times in the drive through. The person that takes the order is always rude. Unfortunately it's the closest taco bell to me. I may never go back. I'd rather drive 20 miles further than deal with the rude people there.

Window and online says lobby open until 9 pm everyday. We showed up at 8:10pm and the doors were locked, saw all of the empty playing on there phones and mouthed us to go through the drive through.
