When tips should be calculated pre-tax.The tip for a $276.00 bill which, wrongfully Included the tax in their calculation was $63.00 for pouring water.To assess a 23% tip for a "Large" party is ridiculous for a buffet.I would expect 15% to 18% for a large party. But pre taxed..Major Fail Brasstown Valley.... You're ripping unsuspecting / naive customers off.Clarke Howard would ashamed of your business practice...People be ware, there is no prior notification.

Always been a contradictory place. Best atmosphere and venue you can imagine, but inconsistent food. Tonight, most of the good was good, but the prime rib was bland and tough as a bungee cord. The other thing that has always mystified me... No steak knives on a night with a prime rib bar?
They don't offer any dinner options other than the dinner buffet for the whole month of December. Very disappointed that we couldn't order from the regular menu.

Had family in from out of town had reservation chicken and salmon looked like leftovers from yesterday so dry you could not hardly chew it broccoli and cauliflower was burnt black. Salad bar you had to shew the flys away. I can’t believe a chef would put out a product like that. I will not be back and I will tell everyone to stay away. A shame a beautiful resort like this and serve food like this

Enjoyed Thanksgiving meal here, and the staff and food were both amazing. The team had a well planned evening for the volume of folks there for the holiday. Never felt too busy and the experience was quite enjoyable.
