Had the veggie plate. Black eyed peas, boiled cabbage, & fried okra. It was so incredibly good! Felt like I was at my grandma's house

Stopped in here for breakfast with my nephew today. It's located in a strip center but when you walk in it's a rusty atmosphere very cozy. The service is great as was our omelets and biscuits and gravy. I a lot on mostly back roads and it's always these little Mom and Pops that have the best food. If you're in the area I suggest stopping by and grabbing a bite to eat, but before 2:00. Very reasonable prices. I heard they get busy on the weekends though so come early. However if you have to wait it's worth it

The waitress brought our food; never returned. Was at the bar flirting with a group of older men. We had to flag her down for refill on tea. The Chicken and Dumplings had way too much pepper! It had two (2) dumplings. The chicken was less than a tablespoon of very shredded chicken. When we went to pay, the same waitress was still at the bar flirting with the men. After waiting to pay for about 5 minutes, flirty gal finally noticed we were standing at the register.
The potato salad was similar to mashed potatoes with a few lumps in it and lots of dill. Very bad experience for first time at the restaurant. Did not live up to posts read on line. The flirty waitress was young, blond and wore a dark hoodie, who was much too interested in the men at the bar than two ladies who lunch.

This place is great! Friendly staff, great atmosphere, fun signs to read on the walls and there breakfast was delicious. Filling tasty omelette, daughter loved the biscuits and gravy and wife enjoyed her traditional.

I had scrambled eggs, potato cake, and country fried steak. It was all very good. Fast and courteous service. We will be back.

Nice lunch, fair pricing, if it had a bar, would be better.

Visited Mary's southern grill with my family last week. Ordered off of their breakfast menu. Got the corned beef and hash, eggs, and bacon, and I was not disappointed. Everything was delicious and the service was prompt and excellent.
