Upon arriving, we were seated outside next to the vineyard. Our waitress was very nice and got our drinks out within a fair time. I got a white wine which was nothing too crazy but solid. Our food selection was different because it was Thursday Tapas. We ordered Wild Mushroom Galette, Escargots, Beef Bourguignon, and the special that that Pimento Cheese. The Wild Mushroom was great and my favorite and had enough flavor and creaminess. Escargots was my first. I didn’t like it...
I chose a menu ‘special’ item thinking that this was an item that they were especially good at preparing. The pot roast was very dry, not flavorful, and I make better herb garlic mashed potatoes than this chef. Very disappointed. Service was great.
The only things against them is they charge you a lot extra if you share a dish with someone else. So add $20 extra if they give you an empty plate. A bit weird.
